Ended up having to get it towed to the bottom of the mountain and goggled auto repair shops. Luckily I saw Certified Auto Repair and had it towed there. It was a small town on Sunday morning: everything was closed. I called the number wanting to leave a message about my car, but to my surprise the owner answered! Bryan was so sweet when i explained the situation and promised someone would be there by 8 am, even if it wasn't him. Note: he was speaking with while going through a family challenge and i truly appreciate him. Long story short, he called me in the morning and beat me to the shop! Him and his guys were able to jupm it and get it in the shop. It was a bad battery: they called O'Reilly and had it delivered, put in and me on the road with better directions than GPS, which saved me 1/2 an hour, all before 9:15 am!! The amazing thing: they didn't fleece me on the price, were super nice and very professional. How i wish he was in my town because he would absolutely be my mechanic. As a single woman, I cannot recommend him and the shop enough. I always felt safe, heard and respected

I had a nail on my rear driver tire while driving through the tri-state area so I found them online. The owner promptly addressed the issue with the help of his crew. The location of the puncture was close to the sidewall so it was somewhat tricky to patch...not too difficult but great teamwork was what I saw in these guys. The best part of my experience was when the owner sent me on my merry way without asking for a payment. What a Christian fellow! He knew we were on the road and I was with my family. It was close to Christmas and he exemplified the true Christmas spirit. More blessings to these guys.

The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. In and out with ordering the part was less than a week. These folks know their Audis!

They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.

There are no "appointment" times, it is first come first served, however we did call ahead to make sure they weren't too backed up. Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. Will go again anytime I don't have a repair that I need the car back quickly.
