The service guy was very friendly and business like. He found a small nail on the tire's sidewall. Most places would just sell you a new tire but he offered to see if he could repair the tire. He did repair the leak and save me $$$$. Took only an hour to repair, rotate and balance the tires. Very professional service. They either didn't have the tire in stock or couldn't/wouldn't change a C class RV tire. Bought the tire from an establishment in Lake St Louis, Plaza Tires on Saturday. An employee at Camping World had mistakenly said they could put it on. Called Tires Unlimited 1 hour before they closed and they said come on we can do it. Took us 30 minutes to get there. They got us jacked up, tire changed and on our way in under an hour. The place is not fancy but who cares! Since we brought our own tire, I can't speak on their stock. I told the young man that my tire was leaking based on the alert on my dashboard. He offered me a seat and went about checking the tires. He said they would find the problem and let me know. A little later he advised that my tire had a metal shard in it and they were able to fix it. I asked the cost and he said, "No charge." If they are able to fix the tire, they don't charge; they only ask that you patronize them the next time you need tires. I was escorted to my car which was delivered near the entrance and drove home completely satisfied with this encounter. What a great business model.
