While having my Tahoe literally all day, from 6am to at least 3pm with zero communications I finally called them to be told "I don't know" when asked the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, Tom said he hadn't received the analysis report from the mechanic. Well maybe Tom, you should have at least taken the time to contact them for you paying costumer, but instead he said "I DON'T KNOW" WTF?! We rely on having two vehicles!!! It wasn't until the following late morning Tom called me and again seemed soooo disgruntled and miserable. Like he absolutely hates his job! Or maybe talking to costumers! Either way they did NOT do the work, we took our vehicle elsewhere. As we will plan on doing in the future. Tom, you need to probably find a different job with zero interaction with people.

They both said a "clean Carfax" doesn't mean anything. People can pay cash for repairs and if it's not reported, it never makes it to the Carfax report. I called Carfax and they said the same thing, too bad so sad. I read the other negative reviews about this dealership, and also the replies to every complaint from the dealership, dismissing the negative reviews. I presume this review will be objected to in similar fashion. This dealership is the classic used car lot that people distrust, and for a very good reason. Consider yourself warned. They said 90% of their business is internet sales. If they'll lie straight to our faces, you'd better believe they'll lie over the internet.
