The office was clean and every where you looked the employees looked like they loved their jobs. They have two really cool arcade machines in the waiting room and yes I believe two of them were PAC man... who doesn't love that! We were called to the back and when we met Dr. Huie the super friendliness continued, he made my son feel comfortable and he focused on our concerns. We have found a fabulous pediatric dentist and we are grateful that we found him. He came highly recommended and he was great. What a great friendly and professional practice.

I learned so much as a parent and he provided examples that he does with his own kids so it's totally relatable. The office: so much fun for kids. A tv, tablets, books, toys, and a video machine. My little one loved watching super mario before we went back. The dental assistant: she was so nice and talked directly to my 2 year old! He felt important and it was so adorable. The dental room: wow the first I've ever seen like this! I loved it! It didn't feel so medical and scary, for the kiddos. There was a bean bag chair, toys, and a comfy chair for the parent. Teeth cleaning: they explained what would happen during the visit and made my little one feel comfy. He still cried but a lot less! Leaving: we got a goodie bag and my child was able to pick one toy! He loved that and it was so much fun!

I just left the…read morenew dentist office so angry because the new dentist is showing me that on the X-Rays Huie took 6 months ago it showed my daughter had an existing cavity, and he didn't see it. This was how my visit at Oceans of Smiles went: Seconds after Huie introducing himself he asked my 6year old daughter if she had a boyfriend to which my daughter very happily answered that she does have friends that are boys in her class, then he asked the same question again but he said it slower and with an emphasis on the word Boyfriend, my daughter just turned and look at me with a confused look, I didn't say anything and remained silent, so then Huie decided to break the awkward silence with a stay at home mom joke (which he and his assistant laughed it off) again I didn't say anything and remained silent. The rest of the visit he spent it flirting with his beautiful young blond assistance, teasing each other about who could spell the best and other stuff. So Unprofessional!

We were told that my daughter would need to have four teeth extracted in order to get her braces out on, and even went as far as scheduling the appointment for us with a preferred surgeon. They give you school notes for both your current and upcoming visit so you are ahead of the game. Everyone here is very sweet and personable and we are so glad we chose this location for the process of my daughter's braces.

Just canceled my next regular appointment/cleaning and will not be returning. I found a dentist who could see me the same day and X-ray's were done. I have an abcessed tooth full of infection and my gum had to be drained. The dentist prescribed antibiotics and has referred me to an endodontist because it's a molar that has had a previous root canal. When I called today to cancel my cleaning in March and gave the reason why I would not be rescheduling the appointment the girl on the phone got an attitude with me and blamed the week long appointment time on my husband because he said I was having upper gum pain with no mention of tooth abscess. How in the world was I to know that I had an infection in that tooth/gum????? That's why you need to see the dentist in order to have X-rays done and an examination. The dentist that worked me into their busy schedule said that if it had gone too long there would have been swelling in my face. I was very calm when calling ...it was the girl in the office that was talking over me and placing blame on my husband when calling yesterday asking for an appointment . Unsatisfactory response.
