Actually, I didn't see any beauty of San Antonio, which could be far from the truth. At one point we were running along a cemetery! It was not a way to respect those who passed. As for the race organization, I found the event well organized with plenty of food and fluids at the finish line. However, having it every 2 miles can be hard for some if they skip a station or aren't super aware of the limited number of stations available. On the bright side, there are less opportunities for congestion/ bottlenecks when you have fewer stations (and aiming for a PR), right? I appreciated the section in the race which pays tribute to our serviceman who have died while in combat. It truly reminds us of those who sacrificed their lives for own livelihood, freedom, and our great land of opportunities. The race started on time (7:15am) and it was easy to get to our corrals. I was in the 7th corral and started about 30 min later. Their expo are always average at best. Sometimes you will get to meet a famous athlete, but this race didn't feature anyone at the expo. Since the race finished at a cool 50F for us half marathoners, I wished they were passing out space blankets!

This event truly has something for everyone in the family. The rodeo action was exciting every single night, and the atmosphere is just unmatched. Beyond the performances, there's so much to enjoy, amazing food, endless shopping, and entertainment throughout the grounds. What makes it even more special is the mission behind it. The rodeo gives back millions in scholarships to the youth of Texas, which makes supporting this event even more meaningful. This year was especially enjoyable with much warmer weather and beautiful conditions , it made spending time outdoors even better. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly event that combines tradition, entertainment, and a great cause, this is it. We'll definitely be back next year!

The good things are the $10 per vehicle parking on Gembler Rd that includes a shuttle bus to and from the grounds entrance. Also, $5 entrance fee for seniors We only visit the grounds, no shows. The bad: food is stupidly expensive. Fajita Corral - tacos are $4 - $8, nachos $13, cup of corn $7, a BBQ plate is $22!! Hijole!! Outside at the food booths: cheesesteak sandwich $12, elephant ears $12-$14 (these are freakin delicious, better than funnel cake). Water and sodas are $4-$6. Beer is stupid - I saw $12 for a 16oz beer. Can't do it. This is a sampling of prices. I don't see how families can afford to go here. Regular adult grounds admission is $15. Parking in the main lot off of Houston St. is $30! No lie. The usual array of vendors was there: fudge, kettle corn, jewelry of all types (ok, I did I buy a ring), leather goods, hats, you name it, you can probably find it. Go if you can afford the prices.

The atmosphere inside the stadium was electric fans were into it, music was on point, and you could really feel that playoff energy. One of the biggest wins for me was the front row parking super clutch and made the whole night smoother. Drinks were solid (a little pricey, but expected at a game), and the restrooms were surprisingly clean considering how packed it was. On a personal note, I even connected with someone there that could turn into a great business opportunity, so that made the night even more worth it. Only downside was the service. It felt slow and a bit unorganized at times, especially when trying to get attention or place orders. Overall, great vibes, great crowd, and a memorable nighteven walked out with a win on my bet. I'd definitely come back, just hoping the service improves next time.

Parking on-site varies and starts at $20 and up depending on the event. Traffic does get crazy but the police have it strategical planned well. Very organized! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Plenty of food options and the average stadium pricing. As far as viewing an event, there is a bad seat in the house for the view BUT as you go higher up, the stairs are pretty steep.

If there's only ONE event that you decide to participate in this Culinaria season, make sure it's this one! My favorite thing about this event: you pay the flat rate for your ticket but once you're in, it's ALL inclusive! Pro tips: Bring sunscreen, guard your dogs from peoples giant feet, bring your collapsible lawn chairs, and be sure to get there early!! BURGERS - a bunch of different kinds. Represented were hot spots like Cured, Luke, Earth Burger, Arcade, and several others. The burger samples are on the cutest, tiniest buns, which helps to not get full so fast. BBQ - underrepresented, IMHO, but what was there (Kiolbassa sausage, pulled pork) was good. Keep an eye out for the "mud bugs" from Luke if that's your sort of thing. Things tend to run out pretty early so again, get there early! BEER - there was definitely beer but also present were the ever-so-necessary various wines and Lime-a-Ritas in multiple flavors. Huge kudos to HEB for their major contributions to this event! You could definitely tell they were one of the major sponsors. If there's a vacation wheel, take it for a spin. I did and I won a free $100 restaurant gift card out of it :)

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this park wasn't just accommodating -- it was built with everyone in mind. They've gone above and beyond offering waterproof wheelchairs at the splash pad water park, so no one misses out on the fun. The zip line experience is exhilarating and inclusive. With adaptive five-point harnesses and trained, compassionate staff, guests with limited mobility can soar through the air safely and confidently. The playgrounds are thoughtfully designed for accessibility without losing any of the excitement. Smooth, wide pathways, sensory-friendly areas, and equipment that accommodates kids of all abilities mean everyone can play together, not apart. I was thankful for all the shade provided and the soft floor padding was a bonus. Every staff member we met was kind, trained, and empowered. They did a great job and added to the value of our day. If you or a loved one has a disability or have small children and are looking for an amusement park experience, Morgan's is an excellent place with a beautiful story of a father's dedication and love. Highly recommend.
