They did a professional fit adjustment, free of charge, and the staff pointed me to new trail improvements I would've missed, even as a former local. Thirty years on, the sport keeps evolving. On December 30th, he called The Bike Shop at 11 am to ask about bringing it in for repair. We were able to take it in at about 1 pm that day. When my husband rode it in, the service person looked over the bike as they spoke. He measured the chain, and noticed what my husband suspected: the bike needed a new chain. They had not only installed a new spoke, but also the new chain that was needed. We received a message at 3:30 pm (already!) that the bike was repaired and ready to pick up. I own a trek bike for about a year and would like to bring it into Trek store to do some check-up…read moreand maintenance on. Upon entering with my bike, I was greeted immediately and received fast service. Since in February they had a maintenance discount event, I let them know I would like to do a maintenance (tune up & clean) package priced at approx. $150 (with discount). After they performed a quick inspection, I was told that my bike was in perfect condition and do not need any kind of tune-up. They said if I really want to I can opt for the clean-up option which is around $40. I agreed to it because I didn't clean my bike at all for that past year, and they said it includes greasing the chains and checking the tension which is great. At this point I already felt how honest they are doing business, since they can easily proceed with my original plan of the $150 maintenance package. When I go pick up (which the cleaning was done in a very reasonable time), I was told that they did the service free of charge. I couldn't believe that I received my bike, looking brand new, without paying. I feel that they went extra miles to satisfy a customer and it's a great way of doing business. Now I will always return to Trek Sunnyside no matter what kind of service I'll need for my bike, and my family's bikes. I would like to say that the new store manager (I believe his name is John) has provided me with exceptional services. He just moved from southern California to Fresno to help manage Trek Sunnyside and I feel that he did a tremendous job! He is super helpful and honest, and answered all my questions, helped me set up account with Trek. Among all our conversation I feel that he's very professional, helpful, welcoming and very genuine person. I will definitely keep returning to Trek Sunnyside for their great services. I do wish that they carry more selections of bike clothing and shoes. They do have a decent selection of bike accessories though.

There was a person in front of me and Todd acknowledged me and constantly checked in with me while he helped the person in front of me. Todd helped me take my bindings off and installed the rentals on. He also tried to fix my bindings, but unfortunately the way they snapped couldn't be fixed. Pick up 7:05 am and dropped back off at 5:00 pm. Lunch is quite good. Sandwiches from Deli Delicious in Oakhurst. Lunch is taken in the middle of the park where you can sit and enjoy it, use the facilities, grab a Starbucks if needed and take a short walk over to one of the waterfalls. You're picked back up after an hour and 1/2 and this wonderful tour continues. You see loads of wildlife, more amazing waterfalls and this famous sites you've seen all over the place in pictures, movies, paintings, etc and if your lucky, so rock climbers on 1/2 Dome or El Capitan. Incredible scenery and so much to learn about this incredible place, the indigenous peoples and tribes that lived here and the incredible amount of history all in one day. Do yourself a favor and take the tour. Hopefully you'll get Grant. He's fun, is an excellent driver, has lots of bottled water and snacks, really takes care of his fares, knows an enormous amount of info from here and makes the tour really fun. In my case, I've been dealing with some medical issues but Jarret made sure to identify places where I could sit out the more physically demanding walks and hikes while taking in incredible views from comfortable benches carved from hundreds of year old logs. Jarret found unique ways to cater to all levels of interest and physical ability. NOTE: if two of the roads were open, you would expect significant walking on flat and uneven surfaces. This is a special way to fully engage and immerse in nature. THE FOOD: The sandwich provided in the included picnic lunch did not meet the standards of the your.
