Upon taking the sensor off they screwed the part in crooked causing damage to the pole. And wanted me to pay 2300 more to fix their mistake. I called the cops. Got it on record. Now comes the legal part. They were highly reviewed at one point. I just noticed how much their ratings dropped. This new GM John. He is not off to good start trying to fix this place. Sat next to another woman telling me her problems. It's real bad there.

I had a very unsettling and disappointing experience at this Acura dealership due to an extremely…read morerude manager, Daniel Lasko. I could not believe the rudeness and complete lack of professionalism he showed when I inquired about an appraisal/selling my car. From the moment he approached me, there was zero professionalism. No introduction, no greeting - just "these your keys?" He immediately started lecturing me about my own lease, using a demeaning tone, as if I didn't understand the difference between my payoff amount and the dealership's payoff amount. He also implied that I didn't understand the difference between my total payoff amount versus the cash amount I would receive from positive equity. I'm currently shopping for my fourth consecutive lease and am well versed in the process, but unfortunately Daniel did not know that because he didn't bother to ask a single question about me or my situation before making a prejudiced assumption that I was clueless. Even trying to simply state the amount I was willing to accept for my vehicle was a waste of effort as he already made the ignorant assumption that I was clueless and didn't know what I was talking about. His tone was condescending, dismissive, and just cold. At one point, l referenced another dealership that had given me a competitive offer in hopes that he would even briefly attempt to earn my business. His response? "So?! Are you gonna do take the deal or not?" That summed up his entire approach and level of effort throughout our interaction. The irony is they have a huge sign out front advertising "we buy cars," yet with Daniel Lasko's arrogance and attitude, it feels like they couldn't care less about customers. On my way out I could hear him tell his co workers I had an issue with the offer. The issue was never the offer itself -- it was his complete lack of respect. If this is how management treats people, it's no surprise the showroom was empty on a Friday afternoon. I would never recommend working with him. No one deserves that treatment.

Car was a year past inspection, and then they also forgot to file the paperwork with DMV for over a month, had to go in and ask weeks later; so registrat was late and putting me in a position to get a ticke. Dead battery completely shot and constant drain on battery from a multitude of other electrical issues; door locks, windows radio all malfunctioning. Ed is a lying lunatic and his sons are both useless, all as scuzzy as scuzzy can get. ... you have been warned, the should seriously do an undercover filiming on these people for a reality show bc they play all the games, dont want to give you your proper paperwork, and then will try and accuse you of asking them to do something illegal, when that never happened (so clearly something illegal was done with the paperwork without my knowledge)

After hours of searching we go to help ourselves and it is still nowhere to be found. Owner now claims it is not his responsibility and refuses to take any action to remedy the situation. What should have been an easy brake job is now costing us new key fobs, missed work, and a rental vehicle while we sort this out. Probably a tow as well, as I do not trust this mans work at this point. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else- you'll save a lot of time and agrivation. You get what you pay for, and his low prices mean you get shit service and a rude attitude.
