"The wrong part came in" whoops! 3 days later I finally got my car. Zero apology. Zero attempt at making things right. Whatever you do, never ever take your Ford here for servicing. It's an incompetent clown show and I'm being kind. I give them 1 star because I'm not allowed to rank them lower.

We searched on CarGuru and found a similar car at Novak. We spoke to Joel on the phone and we could immediately tell that he was a true professional. It was worth renting a car, driving out from Manhattan, and getting a much more personal and reliable service. The price was really fair and the team helped with everything from financing to insurance. Highly recommended - worth the drive out from Manhattan if you would like a much more personal service than what you might get at a city dealership.

Turns out it was a few vacuum hoses and the fix was about $200, BUT on further inspection my car was a DEATH TRAP and there were some serious problems that needed to be addressed immediately to the tune of almost $3000, or I'd be endangering the lives of grandmothers and kittens all over the world. Well not that bad, but they were adamant about the fixes. I thanked them very much and took it to someone I knew could do the work if only to save a few hundred bucks. Turns out the dealership was exaggerating the symptoms... go figure! I was informed by someone I trust that the "must have" fixes were either cosmetic or recommended in the next year or more, NOT needed right away. All in all my tab went from $3000 to $350! I will say that they were friendly (like a serial killer offering you a ride) and the waiting room was comfortable with K-cup coffee... does that help?

I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.

I also saw a special for New Customer free oil change (includes tire rotation if needed to rotate best tires in the front). I thought it was too good to be true. I went during happy hour and thought for sure they would tell me my truck needed a major repair. The service department was nicely set up. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I was first greeted by Ken who was professional and courteous. Kenny honored the new customer special. The technician completed the oil change and inspection in approximately 30 minutes. I was given a report on preventative maintenance to check against my records. My bill today was zero dollars!
