I also saw a special for New Customer free oil change (includes tire rotation if needed to rotate best tires in the front). I thought it was too good to be true. I went during happy hour and thought for sure they would tell me my truck needed a major repair. The service department was nicely set up. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I was first greeted by Ken who was professional and courteous. Kenny honored the new customer special. The technician completed the oil change and inspection in approximately 30 minutes. I was given a report on preventative maintenance to check against my records. My bill today was zero dollars!

But since I have been very disappointed with this dealership and their service department. First of all after I bought out my lease the sales guy ( the owners son) acts like I am an alien to him when he sees me. But I see him grinning and talking with other customers. I noticed that they kind of cater only to certain types of people. The staff is very rude. The service staff are very rude. They are not respectful. The eye rolling and disgusted looks I get are horrible. Like they don't appreciate my business. No one speaks they all just walk around like they are bigshots or something. Kind of hard to understand. Including the service manager (the owners other son). I took the truck in on 10/7 for a safety recall issue. The service advisor was trying to disqualify the situation right off the bat. He stated it was not a recall, even though the paper I bought and showed him stated it was a recall and safety issue. I was already thinking they wanted to charge me for the issue. Once we agreed it was a recall safety issue, he printed out a lot of records and showed me where they supposedly did part of the fix in 2019. Not sure now why they just didn't take care of the whole issue at that time? Anyway, he said he needed to replace one part as the 2nd part of the fix. After 3 hours, the work was completed. Not 2 minutes out of the shop on the way home the issue reoccurred. Wasted time. I was not charged, but I will never go back there again. I took the truck there for this same issue back in 2023 and they claimed they never heard of this issue before and I would have to recreate the situation, or leave it for $200 dollars for them to research it. What a joke. This is a known issue with these model trucks for a few years. I would not deal with these folks if you are not white or hispanic. They don't seem to care about the rest of us. I also got the truck back with grease all over the door, which I never noticed until I got to my next stop. Beware of this dealership.

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, and be sure to ask for the very best, Eddie Ruggirello! - Shreyas & Krishna Rao

The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. I appreciate that the technicians were able to repair the volume button. They were also honest that they could not duplicate the issue with the side mirror during my visit, which I understand can happen with intermittent problems. However, I was disappointed with my interaction regarding the high idle concern. The service representative repeatedly suggested that I needed to use premium gasoline. Both my husband and I explained multiple times that we already use premium fuel exclusively. Despite this, the representative continued to insist that the car "knows the difference in octane" and emphasized switching to premium gas. I found this frustrating because I felt that my concerns were not being heard and that my statements about how I maintain my own vehicle were being dismissed. As a customer, I expect my observations to be taken seriously. Even if premium fuel is a common recommendation, once I clarified that this was already our practice, I would have appreciated a more collaborative discussion about other possible causes of the issue rather than feeling as though my honesty or understanding was being questioned. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future.

Britland listed what needed to be done on the estimate, and then failed to complete it. It was also listed on the final bill. State Farm has already paid for the incomplete work. When I went to pick up the vehicle and saw the repairs, I immediately asked why its not done. They then brought the estimator out for me to speak to for the first time. I thought the estimator was someone else in the front office at first, since they were the only people I had spoken to at the shop, prior to picking up the vehicle. The Estimator, Randal Aguilar, refused to let me speak, and kept insisting not to interrupt him when I tried to explain that the information he was reading is not true/correct or relevant because it didn't mention the Honda. He then became combative, hostile, and threatening. He threatened to not discuss the work, and was trying to convince me that I was in a collision. His demeanor was extremely malevolent and I felt like he wanted to attack me. I think I would have remembered If I was in a collision though. He did not believe me until I showed him the photographic evidence and police report, which Britland Autobody already had from when I dropped off the vehicle. The front desk even understood that my car was stationary, but the estimator couldn't understand the plain English in the information that the Front Desk had provided. They even admitted they don't understand why Randal thinks I was in a collision, when their info says otherwise. I showed him the estimate that he was reading stated the description was regarding a Jeep Liberty, with no mention of a Honda Accord. I asked, "So where is the description for the Honda Accord, then, since you say it was in a collision? Why does it say the Jeep was in a collision?" It was like watching a light bulb flicker on and off in his head, before finally getting constant. I could see the confusion in his eyes, but instead of addressing the situation, he insisted its my responsibility and acted aggressively defensive. When he was finally able to understand that he read the report incorrectly, he attempted to apologize insincerely as if it was my fault that he had the wrong information. He accused me of not providing evidence to anyone, which is untrue. He would no longer help me whatsoever. Randal refused to admit responsibility and insisted it was up to me if I wanted him to fix the issue by calling State Farm, who already 100% approved the repairs. The Estimator wanted me to believe that he had spoken to State Farm and that he was unable to complete the repairs because they told him he couldn't. He said that my car had struck a pole on the side, and not the rear. He refused to allow me to leave the vehicle on their property in order to satisfy the request of finishing the work, essentially forcing me to take it to prevent cost from being towed. Basically, the Estimator refused to do his job. When I asked for him to get the correct information, he tried to tell me that he already spoke to State Farm representative, and that the repairs were denied "because of the side of the car that I struck the pole with." He even tried to say that State Farm thought I was in the collision, so I know for fact that he did not speak with them. Even after explaining everything to him, and informing him with updated information, he is sticking to the story of how my car was in a collision, thus State Farm said they don't want me to bring the car back to this shop. summary: The shop refused to accommodate me any further after work was not completed satisfactorily. Britland will only let me speak to the estimator, Randal Aguilar, even after I complained about his scary behavior. Randal knows that he made a mistake and wants to cover his responsibility by acting like its completely done and can not be repaired further, unless directed by the insurance company to continue. He already billed the insurance company for the work that wasn't done, and the insurance company has already stated many times that the damage is to be covered, as long as it doesn't surpass the vehicle value/cost ratio, which it has not. Do not bring your car here unless you want to be threatened and made to feel uncomfortable for wanting adequate work.
