While the service was solid overall, there were a few areas that didn't quite hit the mark, preventing this from being a five-star experience. First Impressions & Facility Euro Performance's facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for both high-end diagnostics and performance work. The staff is friendly, and check-in was smooth. I appreciated how the shop felt organized and professional, with a focus on working on European vehicles. However, I did feel the communication could have been a bit more transparent throughout the process. I prefer to be kept more informed on the status of the car during service, especially when it's in for specialized work. Services Requested & Execution I had the following services performed on my 335i: High-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) diagnostic check - To ensure everything was running smoothly. Suspension refresh and alignment - Needed attention after 80,000 miles. Oil change and full fluid inspection - A standard part of regular maintenance. The HPFP diagnostic check was handled appropriately. They performed the standard tests, but I would have liked a bit more clarity on the results and potential future concerns with the fuel system. It felt like the check was thorough but not as detailed as I would have expected given the importance of the HPFP on the N55 engine. For the suspension refresh and alignment, they did a good job improving the car's handling. The steering felt more precise, and the ride quality was noticeably better. That said, I was hoping for a little more focus on performance-driven adjustments. While the alignment was fine for daily driving, I felt there was some potential for a more sport-oriented setup. The oil change and fluid inspection went smoothly with no issues. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they checked all of the fluids and ensured everything was topped off. I did wish for a more in-depth inspection of the overall car, particularly the undercarriage, but it wasn't anything that raised a major concern. The Road Test: Subtle Improvements Once I got the car back, I took it for a road test to feel out the changes. The throttle response was slightly sharper, and the engine ran smoothly. The suspension felt more planted and comfortable, but it wasn't the dramatic improvement I had hoped for. Overall, the car felt good, but not transformed. It was a slight improvement rather than a significant one. Final Verdict: A Good Shop for Routine Work Euro Performance provides solid service for BMW owners looking for routine maintenance or basic performance work. They get the job done without any major issues, but I would have liked to see more focus on performance-driven adjustments, especially for a car like the 335i. Their communication could use some improvement, but overall, they are reliable and competent. Four stars. A dependable shop for regular service with room to enhance their performance focus.

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, and be sure to ask for the very best, Eddie Ruggirello! - Shreyas & Krishna Rao

Eight months. That's how long I worked with a salesperson at Lexus of Bridgewater--building trust,…read morenarrowing down the exact vehicle, and waiting for the right allocation. The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. Do better. #Lexus #GX550 #CarBuyingExperience #Veteran #MSRP #Dealerships #Transparency #DoBetter #CustomerExperience
