Our consensus was that this place is definitely over-hyped. Neither of us was a fan of the ice cream here, and it's one of our favorite desserts. It has a weird consistency that doesn't even taste all that creamy, and the plain vanilla has zero flavor. The ice cream had a very light and fluffy texture that was unappealing, sort of like Cool Whip versus real whipped cream. I prefer my ice cream very thick and creamy. The flavor comes from the toppings, which were also a little bit boring. There are lots of weird sounding flavor combinations that they call "cone builds" that have sauces and toppings that are over the top, but we opted for a cone with cookie crumbs and cookie dough for me, and Oreo for him. The cookie crumbs were very stale and the cookie dough just tasted like regular old cookie dough topping, nothing special. I also thought the ice cream shop was very dirty. It didn't seem very clean or sanitary and if that sort of thing bothers you'd I'd recommend skipping this place. The toppings were falling all over the counter, which was an absolutely gross mess, and our cones were given to us already dripping and sticky (yuck). The prices are high but then again, that's to be expected since this location is right on the main tourist drag in Niagara Falls. It's right at the end of the street by the falls, so you can walk over and eat your ice cream and look at the water. We paid like $22 CAD for two mediocre ice cream cones. This is a one and done place for me for sure.

I love that they offer multiple rotating seasonal flavors along with affordable gluten-free options. The staff was friendly and helpful, the portions were fair for the price, and the shop was very clean. They also have a cute outdoor seating area that makes it a great spot to enjoy your ice cream. I went there tonight because I saw a picture that somebody posted of a banana ship Sunday and it looked so amazing. I just had to go there and get one for myself. The only problem with that was, my banana ship was so much smaller than the ones in the pictures. Obviously different crews working, they make things differently and the girl tonight just made mine so small. It was really kind of ridiculous and it was $10.00. If you look at the pictures from Hanna's of the banana ships and you look at my picture compared to the other ones, you will notice a big difference. I got completely ripped off. The employee was very nice though she was young cute and just a nice girl. As far as Parking goes now, that's kind of tough. It's a very small parking lot. I think maybe 10 cars could fit in there ,either 8 or 10. I'm not sure. And you have to really watch out cause kids are all over the place and you don't know if there's gonna be one running through the parking lot or not so you just have to really watch out for everybody there. It was very, very busy tonight and understandably, it's a beautiful night and perfect for ice cream. But the line unfortunately goes out towards the street and the main street there is Colvin so that's kind of dangerous for a little kids to be around waiting in line because you know kids can't stand still. They don't have a huge selection of ice cream or sundaes or things, but but they do have does sound good but like I said, it's not very much. Next time I go, I'm going to get probably lemon ice like I used to when I was little or another banana ship and hopefully they make it bigger. What they did make, though it was delicious.
