I have also noticed that other customers have raised the same concern in Google reviews, yet nothing appears to have changed. That is disappointing, because the product itself is excellent and this could be a great local business. Great food is only part of the customer experience--people also need to be able to trust the posted hours, especially when they are driving a significant distance.
