Note they are closed on Fridays. They have a nice waiting list system that automatically alerts you to cancellations so you can get in earlier if you want. The dentist (Dr. Lo) is not bubbly but very nice and professional. He does not seem to recommend unnecessary procedures. The ones I have gotten are relatively painless. He given "gentle" shots. I continue to see him even though I moved 30 minutes away because I trust his recommendations. His costs also seem reasonable (but I haven't seen anyone else in the area.)

It is simply not acceptable for patients to only be informed of a large out-of-pocket amount after they arrive. Costs should be clearly disclosed ahead of time so patients can make informed decisions. No one should be put in a position where they waste time, fuel, and effort just to be surprised with a bill at the front desk. This practice needs to change if you expect me -- or any patient -- to feel comfortable returning. For now please cancel all of my appointments.

I almost left in the middle of my appt but decided to stay to give a full chance. I'm sorry but your energy and way you communicate with your patients speaks volumes for how you conduct yourself. I have thin enamel in general and lots of fillings done in my upper front teeth when I was a kid. So they stain easily. I've been wanting to get these teeth crowned for years but it was really hard to find a dentist I trust and with the expertise. This was a big appointment and I was very thankful Dr. D and her assistants Julie and Gladys were willing to stay late after hours to get it done. They also did a great job making this experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. D is very great with cosmetics. She showed me her prior cases and the results were just gorgeous. She also does braces. I may go back to her later in the future to get my lower anteriors aligned. Prior to the crowns I had cleaning and whitening done. The cleaning was one of the most painless cleanings I've ever had :) Everyone here really cares about their patients. The office is very clean, and the interior looks cozy and relaxing.
