I got new dental insurance and called to schedule an appt and they asked for my insurance info so they can verify if I can go there. They called back and said it was all good to go. After a cleaning and X ray for my wife and I we got a letter saying from my insurance saying the services where denied. After calling back to the dentist to say what happened they blamed it all on the insurance saying it was there fault. After filing three claims with my insurance I never heard anything. Fast forward three years later I get a letter and paper worked served to me saying I now owe 988 dollars or I will be sued. Not some of this is my fault but when the staff says they check and I am covered when they really didn't verify and the insurance says they have no recording of it I get really upset. Really wish it could of been different.

She went over all my options, was completely transparent with her treatment plan and cost. She built customer trust right away. Her overall concern seemed to be my overall welfare while in her seat. YEAR+ after I had the new crown at the other office and RETURNED for several cleanings at Dr. Pak''s office. He decided that I should go back to the other office to resume my dental Care.
