He provides you with challenging, yet do-able workouts, and takes your goals and abilities into account! When I first started with him late last year, I was a bit nervous and somewhat unfamiliar with the environment (as a person who's idea of exercise was cardio prior). Lenny not only taught me how to work my way around the room filled with equipment, but also made my training sessions with him feel fun and safe. I'm able to do so much more physically now! As your personal trainer, he will also hold you accountable so you can reach your goals! He is such a motivating individual; having him as a pt will have a positive impact on your mindset! And you'll possibly gain a friend out of it too! For the results: I've lost close to 50lbs, gained a whole lot of muscle, and am just in all around better health then I was at my lowest a year ago. I feel stronger & more confident, have more energy, & somehow look forward to waking up at 5:30 am for a 6:45 workout . I'm not done yet, but excited to see what the future holds! Tldr; great personal trainer, no cons from my experience!

The trainer looks amazing, and is full of energy. Everyone at the camp is there to lose weight, and have the same mindset. My first day was fun. i liked that the exercises change constantly and when someone felt they couldn't finish an exercise everyone cheered on. It's hard to get bored. The location is used for cheer-leading practices, and has plenty of parking and is right off 410. Prices are reasonable but i didn't feel pressured or got a huge sales pitch either. At the begining and ending of each day, members go around saying how much they have lost.Members there had lost between 25-80 lbs in the last 6 months. The bootcamp feels more like a family working out than just strangers I signed up for a month initially and ended up doing it for more than 6months.You have options of 1, 2x, 3x or 5x a week depending on your budget. The workouts do make you sweat and work your muscles but for someone who has never hit the gym, its doable, and if you cant keep up she modifies your exercise so you can continue with the group. As part of the bootcamp, you are given a new diet. The diet consist of more proteins than carbs but you do eat 5 times a day, and do not need to buy expensive food items. You wont be going to bed hungry! The only real expense is the protein poweder that is around $25 but the rest is chicken , vegetables, and things you already eat. I ended up losing 30lb pounds and now attend a gym everyday to continue.

The new name is actually quite appropriate because it has truly Transformed my life! I'm so much happier, healthier, and sexier as a direct result of attending this program. I'm a member for life! The results are guaranteed as long as you follow up with your end of the agreement (putting your best effort forward during the workouts and following the diet plan). Within the first two weeks the average person loses between 5 and 15 pounds. Honestly, I have tried other programs out there and none come even close to comparing to this one. It is simply THE BEST!

Each session will be different from the previous one so it will never get boring. During certain times of the year she will even have a themed workout which keeps you motivated. For example during Christmas she had a 12 days of Christmas themed workout that involved 12 different weight and cardio stations along with some other things. Finally, one very important quality Jennifer has is that she is always looking out for the wellbeing of her clients. She will immediately modify your workout if you begin to feel any sort of pain that is not normal. It is better to modify a workout and prevent an injury then risk an injury that will set you back for some time. All in all she is a great personal trainer that I would highly recommend.

Jennifer with Strong Body San Antonio was the answer. She came to my home on a regular basis, brought equipment, educated my wife and I on nutrition and fitness basics, and worked us hard. Jennifer even helped modify exercises for my wife who has rheumatoid arthritis. It hurt sometimes but it was worth it because I felt and looked great! My experience with Jennifer was great! She's a solid trainer and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Jennifer and I do not give recommendations lightly. Thanks again Jennifer!

The instructors at Club KO genuinely care about the people in their class. They will politely correct form and also provide encouragement if they see the class struggling (they never single anyone out). As you walk in, the front desk is always friendly. The instructors (once they know you) will say hi as you walk in. The classes and their content vary based on day and time. If you're reading this and timid about your first class, here's how it will go: Show up 10-15 minutes before class. Be ready to sign a waiver. If you don't have gloves they will provide them for the first class. I'd recommend having your own wraps but I've seen them give latex gloves to people to wear in their gloves. Class starts with jump rope, and then it gets into boxing. You have one 5-minute break in the middle. You will sweat, you will get fit. I would recommend Club KO to anyone interested in getting fit or learning about boxing. And in case anyone is wondering, I've never seen anyone get hit in the head or the body in a class.

    This place is a dumpster fire. I'll explain…read more - The "weight loss" involves cardio and "squats". I wrote "squats" because they are done with poor form which can lead to back problems. The "coaches" aren't knowledgeable to instruct proper form. - I went jogging with one of the "coaches" once. She spent the whole time trying to get me to be an Herbalife distributor. The girl was unable to jog more than a half mile, but she can teach classes? - The whole studio is just Herbalife. They have this gimmick that you can train for free. The catch is you have to become an Herbalife distributor and make money off of it. The money you earn pays for the classes. Spoiler alert: you won't make money. Another spoiler: they deny they are an Herbalife studio despite Herbalife products being everywhere. - The classes are just ridiculous. "Booty Tuesdays" and what not. Want to guess what exercise they will do? I'll give you a hint: "squats" - OK this one bugs me. This studio is aimed primarily towards women. Cool, but why on this green earth do you choose the worst, most misogynistic form of reggaeton to dance to? OK you want the beat, fine, but lyrics saying "eres una puta" and "culea culea perrea perrea" wtf? - The lady who runs the place seems nice enough, but her cringe level is very high. Being cringy isn't a deal breaker but her constant shilling of Herbalife is. - I feel bad for the people who come here. I really do. - Seriously, if you REALLY want to lose weight, then try somewhere else. You will get better results walking around the block than coming here, and you're less likely to be injured. - Oh no, they have kettlebells. Who wants to do kettlebell swings incorrectly and throw out your back? - You need a 3 hour course to teach zumba, and believe me, it shows with these "coaches". - Write these words on pieces of paper: you, got, this slayer, queen, ladies, today, slay. Jumble them and re-arrange them in any order. That's the cringy message you will see every single day. You need better marketing. If you drive by this place, just keep going, shake your head, and thank yourself for not wasting your time. Your spine will thank you for not subjecting it to the abuse it would get from "squats" and those incorrectly-done kettlebell swings.
