Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and heat. The other flavor was chessling. Again, perfect balance; this time, it was between rich cheesiness and a right amount of sweetness as well. In the most appetizing, and hopefully not weird (but inevitably weird) way to describe it, it's almost as if I just caught the chicken with my bare hands and took a bite out of it.
