Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and heat. The other flavor was chessling. Again, perfect balance; this time, it was between rich cheesiness and a right amount of sweetness as well. I highly recommend both flavors. Now, this is just about the flavor itself. The meat itself was so tender and juicy. In the most appetizing, and hopefully not weird (but inevitably weird) way to describe it, it's almost as if I just caught the chicken with my bare hands and took a bite out of it. However, instead of getting feathers in my mouth, I was met with the most satisfyingly crispy exterior. What was specifically amazing about it was the fact that you could distinctly taste the tender meat on the inside separate from the crispy crunch on the outside. This was one of those meals where once I was done, I was in a complete coma afterwards. I woke up the next day in my bed about an hour or two before I had to get to work. The behavior was not. Customers should not have to endure hostility to resolve a simple error.
