I have been going to this gym for quite a while. I find the equipment is not properly maintained. The same machines are always broken. I don't want to be injured. I find the lack in the enforcement in their privacy policy is concerning. The majority of the time a went to change, there is someone taking pictures of themselves. At one time, they did put a sign to not take picture and against policy, but they have been removed. I am guessing the marketing department does not believe in protecting membership privacy. Not bad for the price you are paying. Its relatively close to me and gets the job done. There are improvements needed though. On more than one occasion, including today we were left waiting outside at opening time and they didnt arrive to open the gym until about 20 mins later. They constantly run out of paper towels. Specially this specific YouFit branch. It has a great atmosphere with lots of amenities and positive people. The personal trainers and staff are awesome and hard working. Currently it's under new management, shoutout to Xavier (Newest Manager) he has definitely put a lot of work in and changed up the place for the better. I've been attending this location since it opened and unfortunately it has gone down hill over the years. Machines are out of order for months, the water fountain is routinely broken, and wipe down napkins remain unfilled. The pits. YouFit Westchester (Miami). Every day the trainers turn on a boombox at max volume, absolutely ear-splitting horrible loud music. Complain or ask to turn it down, they make it louder. You can hear it out in the parking lot. Intolerable. Manager said he would confiscate the boombox and lock it in his office, next morning it was back out on the floor and louder than ever. This YouFit is definitely one of the nicer ones that I have been to. It's a few years old and has alot of the newer machines especially compared to the one in Oakwood. The staff is friendly and willing to help if needed. They have a Movie theatre room with treadmills/other cardio equipment, a yoga studio section where they host classes, and also have a sauna in each of the bathrooms. As far as the weights go they have most of the basics that most other gyms have, definitely added more within the last year or so. read more

You will get fit going to this YouFit! I have been to all of the You Fit gyms in Miami and three in Ft. Lauderdale and this location is my favorite so far! I think it has to do with the fact that this location opened its doors two months ago. Indeed it is the newest and biggest You Fit ive been to as well as the one with the most amenities. Let me start with the extras I've never seen at other YouFits. +You Cycle Room: a private dim room with stationary spinning bikes with a forest backdrop. Yesss, looks like spinning classes have arrived at the YouFit! Bikes must be reserved at the front desk. This is a serious upgrade because You Fit has always lacked in the bycicling department. +You Fit Cinema: yea another dim private room with treadmills and a movie screen at the front of the room. I'm thinking the concept of this is great for people that need to walk distance but they get bored. Hey at least you can watch a movie! Everyday a different movie is played. +Private class/dance room: other locations have this but not many. Zumba, sculpt, yoga, High intensity classes held here. +Upgraded trainer area: they now have a push amd pull sled (I love these), trx, rope pull, heavier kettlebells and medicine balls, balance beams etc. +Upgraded cardio amd treadmill machines: my treadmill had a virtual trail to chose with different scenery. The machines also have Bluetooth and many other personalization options. +More weights and more squat racks. +Locker rooms: left me in awe. Bigger, more space, more showers, private changing areas and a Sauna. Yes you read...sauna (YF usually dont have saunas)! +Water bottle refill and sit down chill area. +Childcare! Should I say more? I am a member for around 2 months. I was told that this gym off of sterling RFD had homophobic members. I did not take mind to it because one I am not gay although homo phobia is a serious disorder as it comes with pathological paranoia which can be dangerous. Anyway, some weird guy started screaming at me to stop looking at him and go to a gay place for this kind of activity. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager but was told she would be in at 10 and I should call her then. I did call and was told she would not be back until next week. Hard to believe that an organization as large as you fit would not have a manager there every day. Sadly, I really like this gym but now feel uneasy when I walk in. Received terrible customer service today at youfit Daniel Pointe location from employee named JC. I told the guy I knew my membership was past due and it was because I had been sick that week and didn't get around to the gym to update/pay my balance . He agreed and said he understood and even said that he knows that alot of people had been getting sick or coming down with something lately . I knew I had only about $30 on my card so I asked him if he wouldn't mind cutting me a break and waiving the late fee sure enough he lies to me and says that isn't possible I say OK and proceed to run my cash app card which gets declined over 2 extra dollars due to the addition late fee he added . Mind you i've been a member at youfit health clubs for over 6 years so I knew that late fees could definitely be waived . Anyways I had to get and pay with cash and I really think it's uncalled for and just poor customer service on JCs part which is giving Youfit Dania Pointe a less than great reputation . The gym is so unorganized, management changes constantly so there are no standards enforced ever! Weights are never re-racked, mirrors dirty and just an overall lack of caring. All the clocks hanging on the walls are still an hour behind since April time change, is anyone paying attention! I am not a gym person at all. I was worried about starting a work out during this epidemic. To my surprise it was smoother and not so scary. They check your temperature. Masks are mandatory at a time. They enforce it. I am glad. I was told that this was not the case a few month ago. The gym is very clean . There are many liquid sanitation stations all around. The floor is marked with arrows like the supermarket do, so you can only walk one way. The machines are nicely spaced. Every other one is blocked by tape and a sign. You are not working out near someone else. I have noticed a lady cleaning the machines. I do wish they took both memships here. I wanted to change my membership to basic and was told they don't take basic here. I would have to change locations. Funny that is not mentioned when you sign up. So you CAN NOT use all there locations. Depending on your membership type will depend the gym you can use with this brand. read more

I've been a Youfit member for at least 4years. It's a great gym with an affordable monthly payment. Classes are available with the lime card as well as multiple gym access. This gym has a cinema while you workout for those wanting a unique experience. The gym is new with a steam room for a relaxing experience after going hard. The staff is friendly and encouraging. This gym is a newly built one and is real nice and clean, for now. Not as big as I expected it to be but a decent enough size. The only gym I know with a theater (theater is a little warm). Great for people with kids due to the daycare it has. There's a spin room and well as a room for classes. This gym is an upgrade from its neighboring gym. Very disappointing that they have to resort to fraudulent behavior, claiming that they alerted everyone that once the clubs were open they would unfreeze the account ( we specifically requested The accounts remain frozen until we asked for it to be unfrozen ) but we did not receive that information and they have been charging us all along and will not provide a refund. So I said why not. I can't tell you how happy I am that I made the decision to join. Super cheap honestly for this amazing gym! Super nice people and sometimes it can be pretty packed but it's a really nice gym.
