It's always reassuring when you return to a company and the quality, professionalism, and customer service are just as good as you remembered. The weather was windy on the day of our trip, but the crew did an excellent job accommodating the conditions by taking us to a better location so we could still have a safe and enjoyable experience. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best experience possible rather than simply rushing through the tour. The crew was friendly, organized, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Parasailing offers some incredible views, and this ended up being another highlight of our Hawaii trip. We highly recommend UFO Parasail to anyone visiting Oahu, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in Hawaii!

That was perfectly fine with us since it gave us more time to explore the shops at Whalers Village. When we arrived at the updated time, several people were waiting because of the strong winds, and we were informed that multiple flights had been canceled. We completely understood the decision to wait for safer conditions, so we didn't mind at all. The boat before ours even had to return to shore, so we honestly thought our flight might get canceled too. Thankfully, we got the green light! The ride on the tender boat was an adventure in itself. You have to time boarding between the shore break, with the help of the staff on-shore ofc which was surprisingly exciting and so much fun. We then transferred to the main vessel, which headed toward south to Lahaina where the wind conditions were better. Even that boat ride was fast, scenic, and such a blast! The highlight, of course, was the parasailing. We were lucky enough to fly under the awesome "UFO" chute, which looked incredible in the video I was filming. Soaring high above the beautiful West Maui coast was an unforgettable experience. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe while ensuring everyone had a great time. For everything we experienced, this was an incredible value and absolutely worth it. After our flight, we cruised back to Kaʻanapali and wrapped up an unforgettable adventure. Mahalo, UFO Parasail, for making our staycation so memorable. We can't wait to do it again!

I've been on several fishing charters from Florida to Mexico and it was obvious to me that there wasn't any real plans to catch fish aboard the Hinatea. This was a scam. Trolling five lines with artificial bait randomly for 6 hours is not fishing. There was no attempt to catch live bait off shore, and the route taken by the boat to move toward shore at noon, was an obvious giveaway to me that they aren't experienced in catching fish and this was a boat ride. The other boats from harbor took different routes and we were the only boat in our area. The captain, deckhand and boat did not appear to be equipped to do anything with fish if they ever got one on the boat. The deck was dry , no signs of previous catch nor did they have tools to clean. They were on top deck for 4 straight hours doing nothing. They did not speak to us on bottom deck during this entire time. It was also very apparent that the deck hand, Andy, has had a significant drug problem. I work in healthcare and the signs were obvious. I should've known when the captain is saying he is the one saying he wants to catch fish more than the passengers paying for the day. I do not appreciate someone calling it fishing and not catching. And I don't need somebody to tell me how we need to generate 'positive vibes' to catch a fish. All of these things present an obvious lack of knowledge and skill level capable of finding and catching fish.

After receiving a confirmation for our private charter deep sea fishing trip over two months ago, and receiving a confirmation text yesterday from the captain... we were surprised that we were denied boarding when we arrived at the slip this morning at 4:15 a.m. Capt Chris of the Hinatea informed us that we booked through FishMaui and that the booking error was on their end. Lili from FishMaui returned my call and told me another party had a booking placed in February which never made it on the calendar, thus allowing for a double book. Nothing either company could do for our disappointment after dashing our bucket list outing against the rocks. First world problems...

Such a wonderful, kind and supportive person for hunters novice to this type of harvesting. I booked a pig hunt using dogs and had never done it before. Lopaka busted his rear to ensure we were thorough in the huge swath of private land he accesses for his hunts. It was super tough and physically demanding but we got a great 250lbs pig. It was delicious BTW. Very reasonable price for this experience. Lopaka walked me through the steps of gutting since I'd never done a big game animal that large and was also going to teach me how to skin, debone and break the whole thing down. Very patient and a great teacher. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui.

Luckily it was just myself and one other participant, so it really felt like a private tour. I felt like I had plenty of time to ask questions about which fish we could shoot at and to get a better understanding of how the whole process works. Jonah also did a great job teaching us about breathing techniques and helping us to maximize breath retention in a way that was safe. Once we got in the water it was a total blast. In our case, both I and the other participant were experienced swimmers and comfortable in the water. I have to say I really appreciated that our guide gave us latitude to explore, dive deep, swim through archways underwater, etc. It was the real experience rather than having your hand held the entire time, though if one were to need more assistance I'm sure they'd be glad to give it. This really sparked a passion in me for underwater exploration and spearfishing.
