I was left there to wait with the tech and an uncomfortable suction shield/saliva ejector in my mouth. There was no apology and I was told my filling needed to cure which I think is a lie because they had used a curing light and I didn't have sit around while the second one supposidely cured after I expressed my dissatisfaction. It felt unprofessional and unsettling. From my understanding, this isn't standard practice during dental work, and I left feeling frustrated and unsure about the care I received. I think they overbook patients because I also had to wait awhile to be seen in the first place by the dentist. With a newborn at home I was not happy with the appointment running longer than I was told it would be.

She is warm, knowledgeable, and has a calming sense about her that puts kids at ease. My son sees Dr. Ben who is friendly, always has fun shoes or socks, and is good at distracting kids while he is working. Half the time my son is surprised to hear that he is already done. The front office team is friendly and on top of it. My kids have liked all the dental hygienists they have had. The office is welcoming with toys, educational computer games and has bright and colorful designs. Every time we go there it's always impeccably clean. My kids really like the reward system they have in place there. If they have a good cleaning/appointment they are given 2 tokens. They can use those 2 tokens for a balloon or any of the prize machines (which are located in the lobby). I highly recommend this pediatric dental office. The staff is fantastic, the care is wonderful, and my kids aren't afraid or dread going to the dentist since going here. The receptionist went over the cost with me and said I wasn't obligated to join if I didn't want to. I decided to wait to see how my exam would go and decide afterwards. Dr. Daniel Nguyen sat down with me to go over any concerns I might have answering my questions and offering insights. He was polite and soft spoken and appeared interested in my issues. After my x-rays and exam, he went over my dental charts with me to show me what needed to be done. After my exam, because it was so thorough, I decided to opt in for the program which I could cancel at anytime. A few days later, I decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion and everything Dr. Daniel said, matched the opinions of the other dentist. As far as pricing, because I don't have insurance, I found that the payment program I opted in for made sense as the other dentist gave me a rundown of costs and would've charged way more. With this in mind I made my second appointment with doctor Nguyen to have the crown and fillings that were needed. He was gentle and methodical and did not rush the process. I had no problem with the crown that he put on my back molar. A few weeks later I went for another issue which he fixed. I highly recommend this dental office as the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean and tidy, and Dr. Daniel really makes you feel relaxed and safe.
