Like a couple of other reviewers have stated, be very careful when ordering from these people. I placed an order on July 6, 2023, for several boxes of bullets since I reload my own ammo. Within minutes, I received 3 emails stating, thank you for the order, they received my order, and they were processing my order. Then nothing but crickets..... On July 18, I sent an email requesting an update on my order. I never once received a reply. I checked their website that day, and it stated they had a stock of 207 boxes of the same item I had purchased.
I attempted to call them roughly 8 times from July 13th thru the 24th. They never answered the phone even though I would call during their hours which were posted on their Facebook page, Google, and their website. When I attempted to call them on the 24th, they wouldn't answer their phone but would send me a text message stating, "Hey, this is Youngblood Tactical. I apologize we missed your call. How can I help?" or "Hey, this is Youngblood Tactical. I apologize we missed your call. You may also send us a text message to this number, and we will reach back out to you as soon as possible." I would attempt to text them like the message stated but I still got the same treatment, no answer and I was ignored.
On the 24th of July, I sent another email requesting an update on my order. I stated in the email if I had not received an update by the 26th, I was going to proceed with actions against their company to recover my money. Later that evening, I finally received an email stating they were going to cancel my order. So, they took my money on the 6th of July and held it for 19 DAYS until the 24th of July and then decided to cancel my order! In their email, they stated, "As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you a full refund for the canceled order." A gesture of goodwill? Are you serious? A gesture of goodwill would have been fulfilling my order in a timely manner! Not canceling my order after holding on to my money for 19 DAYS! In their email, they state "we remain committed to providing you with the best possible service." What service did you provide? You took my money, ignored all of my attempts to reach you and solve this issue, and did nothing but cancel my order way past a reasonable amount of time to fulfill my order, in my opinion. How is that the best possible service? In their cancelation email, they state I could reach out to their sales team with questions and concerns regarding the cancellation. I tried to reach out to them several times by email and phone. They DO NOT RESPOND to any attempt to contact them. Why would I attempt to reach out to them now that they cancelled my order, after I have been trying to reach them for over a week?
My suggestion to people, do not order from them online. They might be different in person, but online, they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If I could give the 0 stars or even a negative star count, I would. They only work Monday thru Wednesday from 9-5, this makes it almost impossible to contact anyone there. Since they do not respond to emails and don't answer their phone, you have zero chance of reaching anyone there. I suggest you take your hard-earned money and spend it at a company that actually cares for their customers. A company that fulfills it online orders and that will respond to customers inquires, within a reasonable amount of time. I would not spend your money at a company that never responds to emails or phone calls and holds on to your money for almost a month before deciding to cancel your order. read more
