Within 2 days and several error messages regarding my push-to-start button, the car would no longer start. Not due to a dead battery, but something with the electronics in general. Once I disconnected the subwoofer, the engine started right up. I then did what I should have done in the first place and took it to The Specialists. They were happy to take a look to see what the problem might be before giving me a quote on how much it would be to do the job right. Within 10 seconds of looking at the installation Best Buy had done, they knew they could help me out. They said they would have to UNDO everything that Best Buy had done, gave me a super affordable quote, and scheduled me for just 3 days later. When I went to pick up my Mazda, they were kind enough to give me a list of everything they had to do to fix Best Buy's mess, and took several photos for me to take to Best Buy to try to get a refund for their botched installation. The sub sounds great, the installation and wiring is invisible, and, best of all, my car actually starts and I'm getting no more error messages. This is the kind of friendly customer service that I thought had gone extinct years ago, and they've most definitely won my patronage for any future updates I need to do (i.e. window tint, more stereo work, etc) I will never go to Best Buy to install anything in my car again, and The Specialists got themselves a new lifetime fan boy.

Took my sons car to Got tint, had 5 windows done for his 18th birthday. When we picked up his car…read moreevery window had bubbles in it and not just a few. I told my son to give it the 2 or 3 days and if its still bad we will take it back. Nothing changed and I called the guy to see when it would be possible to get the windows fixed. My son took the car back. The guy at got tint said 10. I waited till 5 after, finally called him and he said OK be there in 5. 20 minutes later he finally showed up. He made every excuse for why there was dirt under the tint, everything from I can't help if there is dirt coming out from behind the tr and the tint has static and will pick up everything. He refused to do the back window and even said he wouldn't be able to do better than what it was. My son pointed out how he cut chunks out of the rubber on the window on the passenger side and how there was no tint on the bottom of the window. The guy yet again made excuses saying the seal was lower on the outside then the inside and that's why the tint was cut short. It's not correct, the trim is lower on the outside and that's why he cut the tint to short and why he cut the inside trim/seal piece. When we went to pick the car up my son had to point out that there was still old tint under the driver's door that he fixed while we waited. The windows are still horrible with lots of dirt and bubbles and peeling up. My son doesn't have ac in his car and had to travel a long ways to get the tint done on his car. This guy not only took advantage of us but treated us like we were stupid because I'm a woman and my son is a teenager. Don't waste your money

We settled on $250 , still higher than I tyit should be. I called later it's all finished. I get over there to discover instead of what we agreed on he used this liquid stuff like Turtle Wax which is much easier and quicker to apply likely took no more than couple hours.He gives me some story that it's just as good as the paste. No soap was used on the trailer and the wax was completely gone completely in 3 months. Like a fool I had paid him the $250 anyway. What a rip off
