We reached out and they told us nothing could be done and they were going to talk to the rep would made the mistake. Nothing was accommodated and I had to pay last minute for a hotel for my family since there was no where for them to sleep. My biggest problem was that I was reassured by not one but two employees that my furniture would arrive on time before I inserted my card for payment. Who ever is the Owner you lost a customer and we have purchased several items from this place. Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days. A choice was easy because they had what I wanted. We arranged delivery. On the afternoon before the scheduled delivery, after all sorts of confirmations, I received a notice that the delivery was cancelled. WHAT??? Dinner party planned the next evening to inaugurate the new table. What kind of service did Dania have??? I found the answer. Table was delivered and assembled first thing the next morning. Dania had hired an expensive out-of-the-company delivery service in Oregon (I live in Seattle.) to drive north, stop on their way to pick up the table in Washington, and bring it to me. So, if you want excellent quality at a reasonable price sold by ethical people, Dania cannot be beat. Once again, thank you again, Dania, for doing the right thing.

I was told that the end tables would probably be available in six weeks. When I called after six weeks, they told me it would probably be August before they came. On June 2, I got a call that my end tables were available for pickup. Went to pick them up and they were not there. I got a call on June 4 to tell me that the call on the 2nd was for the coffee table that has already been in my front room for months and is definitely NOT now available for pickup. Still no end tables. I recommend that if what you want is not in stock, don't buy it there and search for another source. In addition, everyone there must be on commission because if they are not the person collecting the commission, they are not going to help.
