One of the studs on one wheel was broken and the lug nut could not be removed normally so we called Dell's OK Point S to check if someone could come out. To my surprise they said yes and we only had to wait 10 minutes or less for Austin to arrive! Our original plan was to get the rims and ruined tires off then take those and an existing set of all season tires to the shop to get them mounted. I was delighted when Austin carefully and safely jacked the car, removed the tires on rims and took them to the shop. He then mounted the all season tires onto the rims. He was gone a short time then returned and installed them all using an air wrench from his service truck. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even thought to bring the ruined tires back in case they are needed as evidence. He was calming, kind, professional and personable, took time to educate me, and patiently answered all my many questions In a way I could understand. Thanks to him, we are now able to drive the car and get the extensive body damage estimates for the insurance and police department before the perpetrator's court date and start the process of getting the car repaired, all without having to pay for another tow. In my opinion, he definitely undercharged for the house call and excellent service. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this shop.

Yes - it's a $10 radiator cap. But, I would not have been able to diagnose myself, and I risked overheating trying to get home and just refilling. Les Schwab was going to send me to a car dealership. 12 miles away. CD's took care of me where I was without moving my car for way less and no engine damage to get there. Warning: Two serious safety failures on one visit. Read before you bring your car here…read more I had multiple services done at TJ's. When I got home, I noticed a transmission fluid leak. A second shop found that both the CVT drain and fill plugs had been left finger-tight, not torqued at all, and fluid was leaking. Had I not caught it, I'd have been looking at a very expensive transmission failure. On the same visit, TJ's replaced my front control arm bushings. The same second shop found that the ball joint, right next to where TJ's had been working, had a completely missing boot, no grease, and was starting to move laterally. This is a hazard that TJ's never mentioned to me. When I raised the issue, TJ's told me to file a NAPA warranty claim. I did. NAPA denied it because the ball joint was an original part TJ's never touched. In my view, this was a deflection, not a solution. The ball joint issue remains unresolved. Repair quotes for the fix were running $450-$600, adding even more potential cost on top of what I already paid. I'd think carefully before bringing your car here.
