Kaylie was very nice and helpful. Kyler actually traveled to my mom's home and removed her wheel. He took it to the tire shop, fixed it and re-installed it on my mom's car the same day! The price was under $150. I'm very thankful to have such a responsive and helpful Tire repair business in the area.

One of the studs on one wheel was broken and the lug nut could not be removed normally so we called Dell's OK Point S to check if someone could come out. To my surprise they said yes and we only had to wait 10 minutes or less for Austin to arrive! Our original plan was to get the rims and ruined tires off then take those and an existing set of all season tires to the shop to get them mounted. I was delighted when Austin carefully and safely jacked the car, removed the tires on rims and took them to the shop. He then mounted the all season tires onto the rims. He was gone a short time then returned and installed them all using an air wrench from his service truck. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even thought to bring the ruined tires back in case they are needed as evidence. He was calming, kind, professional and personable, took time to educate me, and patiently answered all my many questions In a way I could understand. Thanks to him, we are now able to drive the car and get the extensive body damage estimates for the insurance and police department before the perpetrator's court date and start the process of getting the car repaired, all without having to pay for another tow. In my opinion, he definitely undercharged for the house call and excellent service. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this shop.

Instead of doing the oil change properly, their technician chose to vacuum the oil out because removing the undercarriage cover would "take too long." We relied on their expertise and trusted they knew what they were doing. The car was driven a short distance after the service and seemed fine. The next morning, however, it started misfiring immediately and was clearly unsafe to drive. The vehicle remained parked until it could be evaluated, and was eventually towed to a certified mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a missing camshaft seal and advised that this type of failure is consistent with improper oil extraction using suction equipment and would not occur during a standard oil change. We paid $613.79 in repairs, plus the original $97.95 oil change. We made multiple attempts to contact the shop (calls and email). Eventually, their claims manager called on 3/25/2026 and denied the claim solely because they didn't get to inspect the vehicle first ignoring the fact that the car was unsafe to drive and that we didn't even know they caused the issue until after a professional diagnosis and repair. At this point, it's not just about the damage, it's about accountability. Cutting corners for convenience caused real damage, and they've refused to take responsibility. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. Use caution. An oil change shouldn't result in engine damage.

He apparently missed the note to complete a 50,000 mile service. He also said he couldn't install the spacers for our custom wheels because he didn't have the proper tool. I was called the next day and told that they did not do the specific 50,000 mile service. They were very nice about it and scheduled me for the day before I was leaving town for a month. I was told to expect it to take 2 1/2-3 hours. It took almost 5 hours! We got back from our trip a few days ago and while driving the car, heard some very disturbing grinding/rubbing noises. My husband crawled under the car and found that the belly pan was barely hanging on. It is not installed in the correct location and has incorrect fasteners in several places, as well as many missing fasteners. It also contains a fair amount of gravel. How does that happen? Since they already had two chances to get it right. My 71 year old husband decided he should do it himself. It is a shame that the office staff are so wonderful, while the tech just cannot seem to get it right. The value for the work would have been good if only they could have done it correctly the first time. I could even forgive overlooking the note and making me come back a second time if it hadn't taken so long and still been done seriously wrong. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work!
