Lisbet was AMAZING!!!!!! The first day I came due to another appointment running behind, I couldn't be seen after waiting a significant amount of time. Later that evening, I received a text offering me to reschedule with a discount so I replied with details of my experience and the owner texted me back and took the time to apologize and reschedule me. Once I got there, Lisbet's personality immediately put me at ease. I felt like I was talking to a old friend instead of a complete stranger. She was caring, genuinely not forced or inauthentic, she was EXTREMELY patient as my baby had her legs crossed and she refused to just give me incorrect information. We talked about so many things and I left there knowing the definite gender of my little one and feelings as if I had gained a friend. I had to come back twice because the first time they couldn't determine the sex. Both visits I Waited almost 2 hours to have a gender determination which I found unfair because the patient before me had a ton of time spent on her sonogram. When it was my turn, I got 10 minutes (probably less) and 1 picture printed. Not to mention the associate was extremely rude and extremely unenthusiastic compared to how she was with the previous patient. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. We had called ahead to schedule an appointment. We initially asked for 5:30pm and they requested that we come in at 5:20pm. Not a big deal. We drove there and arrived at 5:17pm...only to wait for an hour in a waiting area that has one small couch with the ultrasound session happening behind a thin temporary divider. It is a bit awkward. There was only one person working and he could not speak English well at all and unfortunately I can not speak Spanish. I wish we were told that ahead of time that the technician could only speak Spanish that day. We could then have easily rescheduled. Now the session begins: the technician is clearly not skilled at all. He is having challenges finding the baby and does not know how to guide us in possibly having the baby move as every single other technician we have ever been to has been able to do. Keep in mind during this whole time the communication is very challenging to know what is going on. He also mentions how some machine is broken, which we never really got clarity on what he meant. Anyways, when I had asked him if we would be able to see the baby's face his comment and these are exactly his words, "Do you want me to put a gun to the baby's head and tell him to move." I'm just shocked that this guy is even working here. How can you remotely think that statement is appropriate in any way whatsoever. I finally told him we were done and that my wife and I were leaving. He tried to charge me for the session and I told him we are not paying. He said we could pay, then go down to Kendall another day for a free session. The experience here was terrible. I can't speak for the Kendall location, but honestly I would never go nor recommend going to any of these locations. The price difference between places that provide this service is very minimal...but at Your 4D Baby you will receive complimentary verbal abuse and uncomfortable wait times. read more

When I called freaking out because my gender reveal is on Saturday and recieved a call that my NIPT test came back inconclusive, Lisbet was there to calm me down! She told me to come in and she would try her best to get an answer for me today! She is truly the best ultrasound tech that I've ever had (this is my 3rd baby). I just went today to find out the sex of my baby for our Reveal Gender Party! Dr. Jackelin Andrade was super sweet, very attentive and professional she made sure I only saw the pictures and video of my baby without looking at the sex of the baby. Then, she gave me an envelope with the pictures revealing the sex of the baby just to have it as a back up, I cant wait to find out the sex :) Highly recommend this place and the Doctor!! read more

I am was so happy with my whole experience. I went to find out the gender for my sisters baby. Our tech was Lizbet and she was just amazing!! We only waited about 5 minutes. She was very informative, caring, compassionate and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back for her 4D ultrasound with Lizbet!!
