My orders are STAT and were treated as routine. I had to call medical records, three days later and raise hell in order for them to give my images to a radiologist to be read. I gave them a horrible review on Google, and that was just the beginning of my issues. I am sitting here waiting to be called, if my results aren't available, I will raise hell at the Hialeah Center and then go visit Mr Juan Puig, owner of Vital Imaging.

Le digo mira yo tengo un numero de confirmacion puedes por favor chequear con ese codigo por mi Pago, ne dice que no que ella no puede chequear eso que ese website era una pagina externa y yo tenia que comunicarme con ese website al que yo pague para reclamar mi pago. Le digo mira quizas es que se toma unos dias para procesar el pago. Alterada y ya con to o de voz molesta me responde Imposible!! Si fueramos a recibir el pago ya lo hubieramos recibido eso nos llega al instante. Me culpo diciendo que yo habia cometido error al hacer el Pago online y que por eso no tenian mi factura y no me podian cerrar la cuenta. Le digo señorita pero usted me esta enviando a hacer un reclamo a un website q es de ustedes entonces yo tendria q reclamar a ustedes Porque la transaccion de mi banco dice claramente vital imaging. While I waited for over one hour and 15 min from my appointment time, I noticed that patients that came in after me, we called in much less time. There was one particular patient that came in that knows the staff there and expressed that he had a later appointment but wanted to come in earlier and they to him to do so. He was called inside immediately and I can see he was even filling out the paperwork inside without a wait. Obviously, I can tell that this business gives priority to who they know. Did not say anything but kept in mind all these details to share in my review. I was already stuck there , had given to the staff my id and had paid the copayment so I was stuck. For sure, I do not recommend this place nor I will ever be returning. Very disappointing.

Joanna, at the front desk, was extremely informative, patient and most importantly, educated on the necessary medical terms and history etc. Then, I spent almost 2 hours with the BEST Ultrasound tech I have ever come across in Tatiana!!!! You see, I have almost a 16 year history with Endometriosis. In October of 2025, I had my 4th Endo related surgery with a hysterectomy (kept ovaries). In less than a year, I have developed terrible pains and through Tatiana, we were able to confirm that new Endo was visible. The procedure was painful at times, and Tatiana was soooooo gentle and empathetic. Dealing with Endo for so long, I have been dismissed by COUNTLESS medical professionals... but, not by Tatiana! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole staff. As promised, my surgeon had my results within 24 hours and a 5th surgery is scheduled. Without any hesitation at all, book your testing with this location!!!! They deserve way more than 5 stars!

I had a great experience with Tatiana who did my ultrasound. She made me feel comfortable, heard my concerns and did a thorough ultrasound taking her time to make sure everything order by my physician was done perfectly. My physician and I received a copy of my results the next day which I appreciated the transparency of receiving my medical report. The center was clean, warm and is located in a small shopping plaza. It is easily accessible from Bird Road and has free parking. I will keep this as my go to center for any future ultrasounds I may need. Highly recommend.
