The dressing rooms remind me of those you'd see at upscale clothing stores! Very nicely decorated and the music they have playing was my favorite (pop music, namely a Janet Jackson song came on and I was bopping my head and mouthing the words). The staff couldn't have been any kinder and amazing. The receptionist made check in super easy (you use a tablet to sign some paperwork and only takes a minute if you've already completed the online doc uploads at home). The radiologist was experienced, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. The entire experience only took a few minutes due to the wait-time being almost non-existent. There was only one other patient there other than me and I was in first. I highly recommend this center and location! Make sure you do as much of the online paperwork at home before you get there to make things go fast like it was for me! Added Appreciation: The internal waiting area/dressing room I was in had 4 nice wood lockers with the names of famous women that you can choose from; Marie Curie, Helen Keller, Rosa Parks, and Sally Ride. That was a very nice touch to the experience! Of course, I picked Rosa Parks since I was the only one in there and had my choice!

Clean facility and easy check in, nice staff. For today's visit I had a procedure done and was overwhelmed with nerves. The ladies helping me Yanet & Joanna were so kind and patient. As nerve wrecking as the situation was I'm so grateful to have had them along with Dr Batista to get me through it. However, when you are treated with kindness and compassion and dignity, it makes it that much easier. When I walked into the office, I was immediately greeted by Daylyn. She was sweet and listened about the negative experience I had at my previous mammogram location. She took the time to listen and really understood how I felt. A truly very special girl she is. After we finished my check in process, she brought me back to a room where I was able to change into my robe. The room was a lovely, peaceful room. The lockers were named with all strong women of history. It was very classy and a very relaxing room unlike my last place that had six chairs pushed up against each other with barely any legroom. Solis showed how much they support women with their actions. Soon, I was taken to the mammogram room by Logan. She was not only kind and compassionate, she asked me questions about who I was as a person and was very interested in hearing my story and sharing her own. When I left the office I realized how much they changed my feeling of having to get a mammogram. Once again, it's my opinion, if you use Solis as your mammogram facility, you will be extremely satisfied on how you're treated, unlike my last experience at another company, which I will never return to. They made me feel like a person that mattered.

We made it absolutely clear that this was urgent. By Friday morning, we followed up again and stressed that we needed the report immediately to proceed with a critical orthopedic appointment. We were told the request had been submitted and that it would be handled. That turned out to be empty reassurance. As of now, there is still no report. No urgency, no communication, no accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter is in pain, and we are left worrying about improper healing and long-term damage because of this delay. This is not just "bad service." When a diagnostic center delays results in an urgent case like this, they are actively putting patients at risk. In this case, a child. What makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through. Once payment is taken, it feels like the responsibility ends there. No one takes ownership, and no one seems to care about the consequences. If your situation is even slightly urgent, do not rely on this place. You may end up paying the price in ways that actually matter your health.

I was also told they had called me to notify me, which was not true and could not be verified in my phone records. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the front desk staff. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to help find a solution. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.
