I was honestly surprised by her tenacity and follow through; I'm used to being ghosted by other companies. In the end, Danielle was not only able to find a large enough W/D to fit my tiny space, but also GUARANTEE that it'd fit (the big warehouse store told me I'd have a 50/50 chance of it fitting and they won't take it back if it doesn't). She never pressured me to buy, even fully acknowledging they weren't the lowest price in town. In this case, I was willing to spend extra to have experienced professionals install and the assurance that all would be taken care of. When it came to installation, Martin and his helper were prompt and respectful. They took great care not to cause any damage, which was a feat given the tight squeeze through the door. He even had to do some impressive acrobatic work to plug the appliance in. Westwood Appliance went above and beyond. I wish I had gone to them first. Seeing that my washing machine was full of water and clothes and starting to stink, I agreed & requested to be off work early, in time to be home by 2pm I left work and called this company because I had not gotten any information on when they were going to show up. She told me that she was going to get ahold of the technician and call me back. I was informed that he was on his way. I waited until 3:20 pm and called back, then was notified he was 15 minutes away still. Meaning he wouldn't get there till after 3:30. The repair time , I'm assuming should have fallen under the 2 hour window they gave me. But clearly they expect me to respect their time, and have ZERO respect for my time. Since I had to leave to go back to work at 4pm to make up for the work time I lost by leaving early, I was forced to cancel this appointment. The customer service was garbage. Spoke to Marcela after posting this review & she informed me that she wishes "ill on my life" because I am "destroying a small businesses" but no real apology, no effort to fix the frustrations they caused me by wasting my time and zero remorse. She just wanted me to know that she hopes that I have a terrible day because of my review. this company sucks, I highly recommend going somewhere else with your business. They just do not respect anyone's time or energy and it shows in a big way. EDIT: As a response to Marcella's reply: The timeframe I was told was 2-4pm and the service/repair was supposed to be completed in that time frame. Their technician was not going to show up until 3:45 giving them 15 minutes to repair my appliance before I had to leave to go back to work. When I was able to get ahold of her, she repeatedly said that she "hoped I had a bad day" and "hoped no other company would help me because of their bad review" she also blamed me for "ruining their small buisness" when in fact, it was the company's fault for what happened and their complete lack of disrespect for me or my time" she also told me that she "wished ill on my life" and "hopes that I have a terrible day" She was exceptionally rude to me, and not once offered any sort of sincere apology. If she had, I probably wouldn't have been so upset and might have given this company a chance to redeem theirselves. However she immediately made me out to be the bad guy. The all caps message she is referring to, is my response telling them to cancel the technician saying he was 15 minutes away, meaning he would be there in only enough time for someone to help me for less than 15 minutes before I had to go back to the job I left so that I could be there for this appointment. Marcella is extremely rude, and through all of this, I only feel disrespected and frustrated. I do not recommend this company and hope you take your money elsewhere, because if you choose this company and something goes wrong, they will not do ANYTHING to make it right. Some good came out of this tho, I was able to get my washing machine fixed in record time. As I called another company and they gave me a 2 hour window, showed up ON TIME with amazing communication a hour before their arrival, what their eta was and they were on time & got the job done. Unfortunately the dryer was old and there was not a replacement computer board, they offered to send my existing computer board for repair. I was worried about the time it would take, but it just took a couple of days. They came right back and installed it very quickly. They evaluated the problem on a Friday and they've returned on Monday with the fixed board. There is a three month parts and labor warranty that comes with the service. They were solution, oriented, and problem solvers. They were very respectful of my space. And they were neat and tidy. Also very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. I had a great experience.
