I (unlike the shop owner and the 'groomer') have no reason to lie. The pictures show only the visible part of the damage. The permanent damage to his trachea, his knee and front leg/shoulder cannot be seen except on X-rays. The emotional damage and PTSD is an everyday thing and I'm still working at a snails pace, gentling him back into grooming. He doesn't shake as much as he did at first but it's still awful for him. These people are monsters, and the 'groomer', Cassidy...I don't know this person, never met her before, but I do know that she has absolutely no business dealing with animals. Shame on you people! Dropped off my Pom for basic grooming with Cassidy. Instead of a well groomed fluffy happy Pomeranian, I picked up a very quiet little Pom with The entire bottom half of guard hairs cut off, you can see his skin through the undercoat that is left. He was abused in a manner that caused his trachea to partially collapse with improper use of the grooming loop. Cassidy caused his front right leg to no longer have full range of motion, and a luxating patella (his right rear leg), repaired with no issues for ten years, is knocked out of place as a result of the 'grooming' he received from Cassidy. The owner was rude, accused me of lying. Cassidy lied. Another employee there lied. Owner was physically very threatening, approaching me quickly several times stopping inches from my face, so close his spit got on my face as he yelled at me. Of that's the sort of thing you are looking for, you're going to absolutely LOVE this place!

They are the first groomer that hasn't hurt my pup while grooming him, he came back to me so happy and crazy just like when I dropped him off. The prices were incredible for the service. Normally it costs well over $100 for a doodle grooming, but I paid around $65 for the grooming (bath, trim, nails), it was more with a tip of course but they were wonderful so absolutely deserved! She always does an amazing job and my doggies come home happy and looking adorable. She shares tips to help us care for our Golden doodle to ensure she does not matt in between appointments. The first time I went to Hebron Animal Hospital, my little dog was offered a treat. However, he kept insisting that she eat it and shoving it in her face was not working. This "wanna-be psychiatrist" continued insisting she take the treat until I finally had to ask him to please stop and to please get on with the exam. I felt like I was in the middle of a "Saturday Night Live Skit!" I had determined that I was never coming back. However, there came a time when I needed a Company that would do home visits and they were hard to find in my area except for Hebron Animal Clinic. i reluctantly scheduled them, only because I was hoping it would be more comfortable for my baby this time. So my next wierd experience with Hebron Animal Hospital was when David Hale and Megan Mulberry came to the house. David didn't even interact with my baby. Neither he nor Megan interacted with her...not even an exam. David just turned his head to look at her while he and Megan just stood there and stared. i think he might've touched her paw and called it a visit. Again...I felt like I was in a "Saturday Night Live Skit!" another issue with this Company is that Christine likes to interupt another receptionist while they are in the middle of helping me on the phone. i read the other negative comments regarding this place and hopefully mine will also help others to look somewhere else to take their furbabies. Please find someone reputable that is educated and Medically qualified to treat your baby. Otherwise....if you want a clown show and plenty of "comic relief..." (He's not a fan of a bath, so wasn't too concerned) That was until I used Furrylicious- recommended by a client, and the second time we went he was so excited to see her and didn't want to leave that's when I knew she was the one for us! As a bonus, they always come home smelling so good and stay smelling good, nails trimmed and the cuts always look great! 10/10
