They provide blanket if need be and a quick access restroom inside which is always clean. You feel warm and comfortable right from the beginning. PRODUCT: the lashes are great. They aren't too heavy. They are very natural looking and I've received a ton of compliments with the classic and hybrid applications. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved.

It would've been nice for someone to say "hey it's gonna be a few more minutes." I thought about walking out, which I should have. I told her what I wanted which she did a pretty good job of accomplishing. I wanted something natural, whispy, And slightly longer than my lashes. I was happy when walking out but my eyes had a bad reaction to the lashes. They were red and watery. Just after 3 days I already have bold spots. Most of the lashes have fallen. I haven't worn eye make up or put on any serums. Now, I have to spend another 80 for a touch up. I'd say go somewhere else that has more reviews and is more established. Update: i should add that the esthetician offered to fix my lashes. Again, they ended up falling out within 3 days. Also, be aware that these are not individual lashes. I wish i had known that.
