I was given the option of having a Covid test and I had it done and thankfully it was negative for all ailments. I left with 4 prescriptions and instructions to come back for a follow-up visit (at no cost) if I didn't feel better in a few days. I've used this facility about 3 times and have been very happy with the care I received and I would recommend them without hesitation. Certainly better than waiting in an ER for something that can be handled by an urgent care facility.

She called in my prescription to the pharmacy in the city I live, however, the prescription was never received, and I have sat on the phone with several different people that were unable to get a hold of the NP to add in my prescription. With my illness progressing, I will likely have to go to another urgent care clinic to get the prescription I need. After arriving at my appointment only then was I advised there weren't any doctors on site, my appointment would be held virtually. Honestly, if I wanted a virtual appointment I would have done that from bed, but since I was already there I said fine. There was no one in the waiting room so I thought it would be a quick process however an hour later I was still sitting there. After asking the receptionist if there were doctors onsite at the other clinics she advised there were but they were just about to call me back. Which they finally did. It seems part of the delay was they only have 1 iPad to use for all the virtual appointments.
