They explained in 30 days my license would be suspended BUT that was wrong all it takes is 10 days for the dmv to suspend your license. They had their breathalyzer people contact me JUST so they don't get back to me. They told me to see if I "qualified" for the free installation that dui solutions said they would do because I purchased their "help". Due to myself receiving a DUI, DUI Solutions contacted me to give advice on how to receive my license back before it is expired. Since this was my first DUI I was confused and lost on what to do. I've never dealt with a more incompetent staff in my life! I mean absurdly incompetent. Whenever I called, weather it was to make a payment or a concern I had, I was asked to hold for a rediculous amount time and on multiple occasions it was because the rep didn't know how to help me so he or she had to ask a supervisor (even for the simplest of things) They will try to make as much money off of you as they possibly can. On one occasion they claimed a charge didn't go through so they charged me $60.00 reinstatement fee instead of contacting me first. If you try to cancel they will do anything in their power to inconvenience you and find ways to charge you before you go.
