Nah wouldn't be back, my son & I went here for a checkup and nay dental work needed and after constantly telling the billing coordinator that I did not have time to get anything done (due to a later appt) she constantly pushed and pushed and PUSHED me to pay for services like a damn car salesman. In the end I paid for services that there was no time to get and ended up leaving because I was running late - there was one dentist there working on me, my son and another patient....only was able to get my son's teeth cleaned and my xrays done. I'll finish my services elsewhere - hopefully where they understands no means no the first time. read more

Great people, great work. However, they will try to upsell you for everything. In fact they charge their clients a bacterial fee so the office is sanitized. My insurance told me to be aware of places using things like this. They also push rinses and other products the whole time you are there. So so grateful to the staff and dentist who took amazing care of my daughter. I was very nervous about her situation and the expense of it (as an out of pocket client) but they were confident in their ability to help her and put me at ease almost immediately. They are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a dental clinic, and were completely honest about what our options were and what the best plan was for us. My daughter, (7 years old) was extremely nervous at other clinics we were weighing our options with, but we left Your Family Dentist with a smile on her face and she assured me she had a great experience. I could see how calm and relaxed she was with the staff and thats all I needed as a mom to know I was at the right place. Definitely a family friendly location! I was very nervous when I made my first appointment here because I had not seen a dentist in over four years. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out my paperwork and the lady working the desk was very nice and welcoming. When they did bring me back and I met with Dr. Yati, he and his staff thoroughly explained to me everything they were doing which made me feel very comfortable and gave me a better understanding of what I need to do to take care of my teeth. Unfortunately, I find out I had four cavities. They recommended I fill them, but they didn't pressure me to do it soon or use any high-pressure sales tactics. I felt very comfortable calling them a few days later and scheduling my filling in two weeks time. I went back in to get my cavities filled and Dr. Yati again took the time to explain to me what he was doing and showed me pictures of my teeth before and after. They even gave me a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. Going to the dentist can definitely be a scary experience, so I am thankful for Dr. Yati and his staff for making me feel relaxed, and comfortable with my decision to make them my dentist. read more

I am 45 years old, and have had a fear of dentists since early childhood. My husband decided to try "Your family dentist "since he was not impressed with our last dentist. My husband and son both went to their appointment and were very impressed. My son (who is 10 )walked in the door smiling ear to ear saying how much he liked the new dentist! Mind you he even had cavities filled. This was enough for me to finally call up and set up a much needed appointment for me. I am ashamed to admit i had not seen a dentist in eight years. I literally broke down crying before i even got in the chair. Everyone there took the time to help me through it. I had to have a deep cleaning first step. DR Yati took the time to explain what would come next. I left there confident i would be back. Phone rings, son looks at caller id and says its the dentist i ran to that phone. They had a opening and asked if i could make it. I didnt hesitate. They even offered a discount on services that day since i could make it. They worked on my left side first. I had a deep cavity, a tooth that well...was not much of a tooth at that point that needed extracted and a bridge that was a good option for my situation. By choice i was in the chair over 2 and a half hours. Dr Yati does not put you through anything you cannot handle. His assistant that helped with my bridge ( cant remember her name but beautiful eyes) went above and beyond,even putting my dental health above a very important event in her life. These people care about their patients. The next day i was prepared to have some pain after all they did, I had my prescriptions ready. I had No pain how is this possible? DR Yati is a amazing Dentist Their office is immaculate and they are perfectionists in what they do. It is obvious they love what they do, and it shows in so many ways!! Amazing dental facility. Clean and modern. Dr. Yadav is a meticulous perfectionist. I've had crowns done by other dentists but the work pales in comparison to that of Dr. Yadav's. He was also very good with getting me in when I needed to be seen. He really treats his patients with courtesy and respect. His prices are fair and his staff are warm and friendly. I live in Scottsdale, but it is worth the 20 minute drive. read more

This is my first ever review and I'm glad it's for this office. The staff for the most part is wonderful and professional, although there is some need for some changes. Dr. Yati, although very great at his work, needs to lighten up a bit, but I still highly recommend. Laura, one of his assistance, is absolutely wonderful! I can't seem to find a negative thing about her. She is funny, very welcoming, and is obviously very aware at what she is doing. Linda, is okay. She gets what she is doing though she could use some improvements somewhere. The front office lady, Deb (i think) it's great and I've never had an issue with her. She's very kind, cares about how you are feeling, and does what she can to make you comfortable while you wait. The only issue I have is with the other front desk lady. Although, nice, she does need to learn how to dress for a medical office. I once walked into the office and she was wearing a see through shirt and boy was that not what you want to see. for a moment I forgot that i was even in a dentist office because of how revealing that top was! She honestly needs to learn what is and is not appropriate. From the tops she wears to the shoes that look like household slippers that have been worn since last YEAR?! WHAT IS THIS? I dunno, maybe Dr. Yati needs to address this in the handbook or something. I can't imagine what she wears when there are young children around. Someone tell her she's not a teenager anymore and to dress modestly!! Anyways, other than that mess. I lve this place and it's pretty nice and very relaxed. read more

The folks here at Your Family Dentist have taken EXCELLENT care of me in the past. Today I brought my 5 year old son in. Despite not being a pediatric dentistry, they took better care of him than any other office ever has. They were kind and professional and above all else, they were patient with him.
