I had a similar experience as others on here. where they quote one price and then harass you telling you that insurance didn't pay after the procedure. this is ridiculous. can't wait to see this place vacant. until then, I suggest checking bell road for a better dentist who cares about patients. Back in No 0f 24 I had a couple of teeth removed. Before the procedure they took my insurance cards and checked my coverage. They told me what I would have to pay in addition. I had the procedure and payed my bill in full. A few months later I started getting bills from them. I called and reminded them I had paid in full. The proceeded to tell me my bill at the time was just an estimate and I owed more money. Very shady business practice. I Should have checked their reviews first. Awful dental work that needs to be redone by another dentist 6 months later and left unrepairable damage. Incredibly painful procedure. Horrible communication. Scheduling difficulties. This was such a good experience! I was forced to find a new Dentist when my precious provider ceased accepting my insurance. The entire office staff was friendly, efficient and answered all my many questions. My hygienist was excellent and very knowledgeable. She talked me through the entire process and explained everything. The Dentist was also very thorough in her examination and gave me good information. This is the worst dentist ever. I've had to have work redone. Then two years later I get a call cuz they said I never paid my bill ? We sent it to collections ? What the heck? Two insurances and CC in file yet they r hassling us two years later for 35.00. This company needs to be put out of business for inept work and theft!! read more

If there was anyway possible to add no stars to make a review about Dental Care At Marley Square on WADDELL RD. I'd do in a heartbeat. This establishment only opened up just a little over three weeks ago and the experience that I had was horrific! After just moving into town I immediately switched my address and I received a promotion stating that I can get my teeth clean for 60 bucks at dental care at Marley Square but I'm sorry to say but that was not the case. The promotion stated i would receive a cleaning + exam @ the rate of $60 But in all actuality what came with that cleaning was my teeth getting brush front and back with a fancy high-tech toothbrush And w/ a "powerful toothpaste". Plus flossing each tooth individually. Which is literally everything that I do at home every single day to keep up with my oral hygiene. After realizing that I not only was gypped out of my service I also wasted time, gas , & money and that does not include how unprofessional it was to receive a call at 10 PM at night letting me know that I would not be seen by the doctor until three days after my original appointment. *Dental care at Marley Square Cleaning expectations. This might be the worst dental office I've ever visited. They are unorganized, rude and not patient focused. They will misquote your dental procedure and then tell you that they are a new office and just trying to work out the kinks. They've been in business long enough to get your treatment plan correct. We rely on this information to make financial decisions. I was quoted for a procedure (in writing) of $175 total out of pocket only to find out the day of my procedure that the total NOW is over $1500. How does this happen? There was no reasonable explanation and they would not honor their quote. When I told the office staff that I would have to find a new dentist if they can't make this right, I was told to "feel free". There are way better dental offices in the area. Do yourself a favor and use a different one. You will thank me. They will spam you with texts, calls and emails trying to change the time of your appointment because "the system double books" but unfortunately it doesn't end there! You'll still keep getting texts and emails after your appointment reminding you of appointments that don't exist. For example, I got a text and an email today reminding me of my appointment today however my appointment was yesterday. They took an excessive amount of X-rays and the X-ray tech was friendly but NOT gentle. The inside of my mouth is cut from her X-rays, that has never happened to me before at any other dental office. The staff was friendly, especially the hygienist. The dentist herself was not particularly friendly, not rude, just very monotone. She suggested Invisalign although I had braces as a teenager and my teeth are straight. The dentist was in and out very quickly, she really only came into the non private room to push Invisalign. I prefer dental offices with more privacy, everyone walking by can see you. Overall not a great experience. read more
