She is very thorough and great with our dogs. Two of our dogs are under-socialized and a bit shy. They both love Jen and took to her when they would avoid most people. Our oldest dog is a 16 year old Shih-Tzu. Our other two dogs are a large WHPG Mix and a Pit Bull/Shar Pei mix. Jen is great with all sizes and breeds of dogs. One of our dogs suffers from severe lumbar spondylosis and Jen makes sure that she gets her multiple medications during her stay. We get daily pics and updates as to how the dogs are doing each day. We wanted someone to walk her, play for a bit and make sure she had food and water. Lori went above and beyond. Not only did Naya get attention, Lori came more than once a day and picked up dog poop and covered up some holes that our husky dug. My sister came to watch our crazy husky for the weekend and Naya decided she was going to bolt out the door. My sister, not familiar with the neighborhood was frantic! I called Lori who jumped in her car (after just having a procedure done) to come and help. All turned out well. When I came across Debra's Yelp page, I was instantly locked in by her set up and how cozy it looked and how she hosts small dogs and only a handful at a time. I believe the small crowd is what made Zoey so comfortable and feeling right at home. From our first interaction, everything was excellent! I loved how she had everything so detailed and even the option to "opt out" of anything she offers, like walks or treats. The day of Zoey's stay, drop-off was quick and no issues. I loved that she had a seatbelt and bed for Zoey to properly secure her in her car. I normally have issues when I leave her overnight at boarding places, but this was the first time in a long time I was at ease. My favorite thing was how Debra kept me up to date on her Instagram with pictures of Zoey living her best life! She was having so much fun playing with all the other little pups. I can't say enough lovely things about Debra and her hosting. Zoey was so happy her whole stay, which made us happy and able to enjoy our event. We have officially found our forever sitter, and there is no better feeling than that!
