Paul recently converted my BBQ and Blackstone from propane to natural gas. During the process, he identified a faulty igniter in the BBQ and initially indicated he would order the replacement parts. He later informed me that he would not complete that portion of the work and advised me to contact the manufacturer instead. Throughout the project, communication and customer service were poor. Paul left the work site multiple times without any notification, and I did not receive a formal estimate or quote prior to being billed. My wife had contacted this company to get the granite countertops repaired on the house we just purchased in January. On Jan 20 they came out for the repair and cleaning and sealing. The repair job is horrible. It is not smooth by any means, just blobbed on epoxy. The "seal and buff" left my countertops dull and sticky. I had to hand buff my countertops to get the stickyness and shine back. One of the repairs on the sink edge fell out 2 weeks later. Contacted the company by email. No response. Called the company, "yes we got your email. The tech is busy this week let me get back to you." It is now the end of April and still have not received a return call to correct the issues. They claim to have a 100% money back guarantee. With the final invoice being $677 I expected a professional looking repair. Far from it. After BBQ Guys/You Get it Done Guys, left my home I was stoked, they had fixed and cleaned my grill, Paul L asked if I would leave a review and I was happy to do so. I quickly paid my bill to include a 10% tip because I was so happy with the service I had received, I then began my review. I In fact gave him and his company a very positive review. I gave a pro and a con which is what a reviewer does. The con was the fact that his employee and himself were not on time, obviously was not a deal breaker for me. I later received a text from Paul L, which was not only unprofessional but apparently Im "A bitter old Fuck" because I had the testicular fortitude to tell the truth. I was and still surprised by the text conversation that occurred. This was the 1st time I have received a complaint about a 5 star review. Well not anymore. I called this place to get my Traeger and grill cleaned. Paul was very responsive and text me back immediately. We scheduled an appt for Jan 16. Paul said they would arrive sometime after lunch. Come Monday, no call, no show. I text Paul Tuesday, he apologized, but had the grill cleaned on Wednesday. Armando was great but said he wasn't the one doing the Traeger (it was at a different address and he doesn't service that area). I text Paul. He said they will "try to squeeze me in" - But I already had an appt? He says someone will be there Friday. Come Friday, I assume another no call, no show. Saturday 1/21, I am in communication with Paul who is looking into it. I wait until 1/26 and follow up again, Paul responds the following day (Friday) turns out that the tech had the wrong address. I was assured they would "get it done" the following week - Here we are, again, at the end of the "promised week" I have yet to receive any communication from Paul, despite my numerous calls and texts. I've even called the business number listed and am directed to voicemail. After reading more current reviews, I see that this is a common practice. This handyman service was called to give an estimate to repair am outdoor fountain. They set up a date of 20 September to come. No one showed. When I called the gentleman said he didn't have me on his schedule. i asked for him to put me on his schedule and he said he would be at my place on 22 September between 9 and 10 o'clock again didn't show and didn't call. I called at 10:30 and told him to not come and that would inform my friends of his unreliability. He called me a few minutes later and told me he didn't need my business and he would inform his handyman friends to not work for me. Very unprofessional. read more
