I get natural, cat-eye, single lashes. Even though her place is literally a whole in the wall... she's the only one I trust with my lashes. Last night, I got so pissed I ripped the rest out. Yes, I had that little left on each side. Enough for me to pluck out. When I went back, the receptionist was just as nice and welcoming as the first time. Since I don't enjoy putting people's names on yelp, I'll just shorten her name with her first initial, A. Anyways, she said that she put more glue than last time but clearly, that didn't work. I liked how gentle she was while working on my lashes but overall, I don't think she's the warmest person. I feel like in this industry, you should be personable but she seemed annoyed with the few questions I asked and when I asked for her opinion she seemed passively rude. Ok so the thing is, on Groupon it says.. and I quote, "Lashes last 60-100 days and shed gradually with natural lashes." UM 60 DAYS MY BUTT...... mine barely lasted 2 weeks. If it's not obvious yet.. Immediate win. I forgot how much this place feels like a spa. They have new leather reclining chairs now, which are a major upgrade from the flat beds, especially since you're there for about an hour with your eyes closed. Add the classical piano music with the bird sounds and I swear I drifted off. It was that relaxing. My lash tech was genuinely sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I'm a natural lash girl, but she still asked the right questions and really cared about getting it right. No complaints at all.
