Came here with my friend and her mother. Service was great for all 3 off us! The place is very clean, tools are sterile, pedi bath was lined with plastic, there are a TON of polishes to chose from, and everything is organized. This place is amazing! They have hundreds of gel color options and the technicians always take their time to ensure a quality job. I love being able to choose the scents of lotion for the pedicures and the massage portion of the pedicure is a lot longer than the other places. The owner is very kind and always checks in to make sure everything is perfect. They have plenty of water and soft drinks to sip on while you get your nails done. The facilities are very clean with extra care taken to use disposable liners and new tools. Overall an excellent experience! read more

Finally found my go-to girl for gel mani's. Jennifer is delightful and does perfect work every time. Her lines are smooth, no nicks, & no peeling after 3 weeks! This was my first time here and I'm impressed with my pedicure! I've lived in the neighborhood almost all my life and had never thought much of the exterior, however I will be back! It's very relaxing in there because they don't have televisions, just soft music. The space is fairly large with a separate area for pedicures, manicures, and other services (waxing and facials I believe). I got a basic pedicure and was pleasantly surprised that it included hot stones. The young man did a very nice job on my polish. I was offered a water bottle. The gentleman working here tonight gave me a beautiful, almond-shaped full set. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he was able to replicate it perfectly. I plan on returning and requesting him. I work in Scottsdale but live in Phoenix, so was looking for somewhere either near work or home. I chose this place, near home, and paid $35+ tip for what would have been $75+ tip at a couple of the Scottsdale locations I looked up. read more

I took my mom here to get her nails done. It was on the invitation of one of the owners. The salon was very clean and relaxing. The staff were courteous and accommodating of my 14mo son - who came for the ride. Seeing how inviting the atmosphere was, I decided to also get my feet done. At the end of the day, my mom and I also got manicures as well. My feet were pampered and the hot stone massage which accompanied the pedi made a world of difference. Mom had been weary of salons because of a previous bad experience, at another location, which had left her in pain. But she had nothing but good things to say about this place. My wife is now in line to go too! We've found our nail salon and will surely be returning in the future! read more

I saw this place when it was just opening I figured I would stop in and see what it was like.. I went in and loved everyone working there and everything else in this salon, they do an amazing job on my eyebrows and my gel nails and I even got a few of my family members to start going there.. I'm really upset with what happened when I went in Sunday (2/8). I called Saturday around 6:20 pm and spoke to Jackie. Jackie knows me because I've been going back ever since they opened the place. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for Sunday at 12. She said that was fine, she asked me what I needed done, and I told her I need everything done. My nails, toes, and eyebrows. Sunday when I went in they did my nails first.. (I don't remember the lady's name that was doing them)Than when she was almost finished with my nails she asked if I needed my eyebrows done. I told her yes and I also need my toes done. She looked at me like she was surprised that I said that? She said ok that is fine we can do that.. Jackie was talking to the person that did my nails and said we don't have time to do that.. I looked at Jackie and told her I told you yesterday when I called I needed EVERTHING done.. She said well sorry. You can come back Monday, uhm no I made an appointment at 12 for everything to be done. They still did not take me.. And my toes were way over due, I couldn't wait any longer to get them done! Every Time I go I usually have to wait 10-15 mins to be seated and I'm very patient with them so I could of waited.. But this just really upset me.. I don't think I will be going back because of this. Not very good customer service read more
