I would not recommend this place. My experience was not good because I feel that some of the barbers are still learning, and that can affect the quality of the haircut. In my case, I wanted to give them a chance without asking about the experience of the person cutting my son's hair, and unfortunately the result was not what we expected. My son was very upset and affected because his hair was ruined, and as a mother that hurts me too. I would recommend that before getting a haircut here, you ask if the barber has enough experience or if they are still in training. The apprentice who cut my son's hair is named Juan, so if he is the one assigned to you, I suggest asking first. I hope this helps them improve their service. read more

Joker barber review BAD HYGIENE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE! This review is about Joker the barber. He started the appointment 45m late the first time I went, and apparently he's ALWAYS RUNNING OVER by taking walk-ins between appointments. Then during my second visit, I experienced the worse HYGIENE ever, the towel that he uses for face massage REEKS LIKE IT HASN'T BEEN WASHED EVER. Asked him to not use it again but he doesn't speak English at all so can't get the message across. Tried to give him yet another chance because all other places were booked and had no choice. This time I was running late to my appointment and had to reschedule with him and he confirmed the reschedule for later in the day on Booksy app. When I got to the appointment on time, he had already taken someone else. 45m of wait later I asked about the wait and he AGGRESSIVELY CHARGED AT ME with his equipment in hand, blaming me for his INCOMPETENCY and the bad day he was having. A lady in the lobby felt sorry for his behavior. I politely thanked her and saw myself out. His mental state can't be trusted if he treats his customers like this. STAY SAFE, STAY AWAY FROM JOKER! I've booked multiple appointments with "FadedbyDom" and he immediately confirmed my appointment then made me wait 20+ mins both times (I had to leave this time bc he didn't show up) // bullshit excuse that he was stuck in traffic (I drove to the appt) This shop is a mess and if a manager is reading this, you guys could be making 2x the money you are if you had decent service. Terrible. I asked for a regular haircut (so that I wouldn't have to come back for a haircut for 2 months). He finished in less than 15 minutes. I ok'ed it because i couldn't quite tell looking in the mirror (due to a combination my glasses being off, and the hair looking smaller due to water + combing).
