Stopped in to look at their current stock of puppies close to closing time and their team was very helpful, especially since my kiddos were not behaving. They let us sit & play with two sets of puppy's we were interested in. They did NOT push us to make a decision that night and offered a QR code to look into financing opportunities, if needed. The financing they offer is fair. The price of the puppies are very reasonable compared to Petland but still not as low as getting a pup from a local breeder. We will continue to stop in at Your New Puppy, when we are looking to add a new family member. read more

I purchased a puppy here, which was overpriced by two thousand dollars. Which came from a puppy farm. I researched the breeder up near Holmes County. Amish Country, he was registered with the state of Ohio. This breeder refuses the release AKC registration papers, so the reality is that your dog may not be a pure breed dog. Because there is no proof without the AKC registration papers to show purity of the bloodline. No, AKC partner and pets are not proof of pure bred bloodline. My advice to anyone is to find a family breeder who has an AKC registered breeding pair. read more

Pros: Every Tuesday that post online new puppies available for purchase. You can reserve the puppy that you want to look at. Also, their puppies come with lots of guarantees with associated paperwork and the microchip number, etc. You can have confidence in the puppy you are buying. I spoke with the owner prior to purchasing and he was very accommodating. Cons: Hannah at the store seemed bothered that my wife and I were there to buy a puppy. She said "this is the absolute worst time to see them". And, that was her attitude the whole time during the purchase process. I shared with the owner that I didn't have a great in store experience and he seems to not care. No follow up from him. I guess once they have your money...they aren't really interested in anything else you have to say. read more

Do not buy a puppy here. The owner sold my daughter a puppy with a parasite. Her puppy has now passed it along to my puppy and it keeps going back and forth, despite us doing all the right things. We are close to $200 in the hole with all the vet visits and treatments. I texted him the invoices, at his request, but he has yet to respond. For someone who loves animals so much, he certainly doesn't present himself that way. We adore the puppy but are extremely disappointed with his lack of interest in taking responsibility for the product he sells. read more

I can't believe the reviews on here. What do you people think a puppy store is supposed to smell like? There are cages in there! Do you think they're supposed to keep them on loveseats? It's a great store and their puppies are very well cared for and healthy. I can't speak for anyone else but are 1-year-old French bulldog has been the best and in perfect health. 2/5/2018 Though you will pay more for a puppy than at another store in Hamilton I would recommend going to Your New Puppy store in West Chester. THEY ARE FABULOUS. They are professional. They have great customer service skills. They will allow you to go into a little gated area to visit with a puppy or have your dog visit with the new puppy. They are polite and professional when you ask questions. The owner is equally professional. I have emailed him several times with questions about many dogs and he has been nothing but responsive and courteous. The only reason I have not purchased a dog from this store is because my husband is just not ready for a second dog. If and when he is, I will go to YOUR NEW PUPPY and pay the extra money for my new puppy and excellent customer service! read more

I went to Your New Puppy today with two of my friends and we walked in to a very unwelcoming worker. I think her name was Hannah. She was rude to her other coworker who was working very hard and it was very clear she did not want to be there and did not want us to have a good experience. She proceeded to ask us a bunch of questions that were not needed when we just wanted to see a couple of pups. Very frustrated with that member of the staff. If you have a new puppy this is a good store to visit. You walk in and it's a more intimate store but the basics to get you started. The employees are friendly, and will guide you in gathering and even trying on the things you need. Leads, walking collars, beds and high quality food. read more

Got my 2nd puppy from here 2 weeks ago. Both dogs have been great!! My most recent one was obviously in a crate for 15 weeks so she has been a little more tough to train. I do hate to see them in those cages! That is the reason for the loss of a star. read more

I went to this place after reading the negative reviews on Yelp, Google and their Facebook. And I can honestly say they are not true. The puppies are in crates but they have beds in them to lay down. They bring the puppies out all the time to play together and they're always running and playing. None of the puppies looked very well taken care of and health (alert and jumping around). I got my pup Sparrow here and they were so helpful. One of the associates was helping my mother and I and was on the phone for a long time with the manager they immediately apologized for keeping us waiting and were nice enough to give us a bigger discount for our patience. They showed me all the documents of Sparrows health, where he came from and the breeder he was from with the contact info. They were very transparent, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you look for an allergy friendly pup. read more

We went in here on a casual visit so my children could play with some puppies. Crates were cramped all together and stacked to the ceiling. The smell was very strong of urine and feces. The puppies were very cute, but they had a few large breed puppies in a crate as small as my Cavalier's travel crate. Very sad to see. Also, I was very put-off by a sign they had posted that said "only serious inquiries to play with the puppies", or something to that nature. At a different pet store, they love it when you come and play with the puppies, even if you aren't there to buy, because they said it's really good for them to have as much human contact / interaction as possible. We go there often and always ask which puppies had not gotten to come out very much for that day and play with those. The customer service was OK, but that sign made me feel very uncomfortable. We will not ever be going back there. read more

I walked in only because my child asked to go in and look. I was appalled. Puppies 2-3 to a tiny cage. Sorry but I think that's terrible.

We got our Havanese from this store three years ago. I was a little leary using a storefront vs. an independent breeder, but all the research showed happy customers. We LOVE our dog. He's an awesome companion to the whole family including our very young grandchildren. I would encourage anyone looking for a smart small funny (yes, he's very funny!) dog to take a look at this breed. They can be difficult to housetrain only if you're not tenacious and consistent. We used the bell-on-the-door method and he picked up on it very quickly and today still rings the bell when he needs to go out. read more

I babysit a 12 year old girl in the summers and we love going to Your New Puppy to play with the puppies, take pictures, and learn about them. We go all the time! Then today, when we went, we overheard the blonde middle aged lady that worked there telling another customer: "All the nannies in the city come with their kids & treat this place like a petting zoo. It's rather annoying." We could hear her clearly because she said it loud and I took my kid and left. Another group of teenagers coming to look at the puppies left right after us and they were complaining about her rudeness as well. We will still be coming back here because honestly, it's fun. The only time that dogs are let out is to take a bath, and when people come to play. The dogs need to be socialized anyway and we're doing the business a favor. Sure the employees get extra work but dogs need it so that when they're bought, they won't bite or be brutal to the customer. I'm basically writing this review because the bad attitude of that employee was completely uncalled for and rude. The whole establishment is great and usually customer service is fabulous but the one star is my review on just my current experience with that woman. read more

Beware of their financing!! We signed up for the financing they offer to have our puppy paid off interest free in 6 months. Our 6 months was up in December but payments kept coming out. We looked at our contract to find out our last payment and now it has financing fee of over $2000 and an interest rate of 153%? Who has an interest rate like that?? So we are some how in contract for 24 months and will be paying over $4000 for a $1200 puppy when it was suppose to be paid in full in 6 months according to what we qualified for and the store associate. So do not do the financing!!! We could have paid in full but thought hey this would be nice to put in 6 months with no extra charge why not do that? Also we called this store to get our contract and account number and they said they don't have anything before November which shouldn't be right because our dog is apparently guaranteed for 2 years. read more

We love our new Pup, Sox! At the store, the workers are super helpful and the pups are happy (they get a lot of time out of the cage. All of the dogs are microchipped and up to date on vaccines. To make it even better- the pups are from local breeders and not "puppy mills". We had an amazing experience! read more

I walked in thinking it was a place to buy cute puppy stuff, and was bowled over by the smell! It reals of dirty dogs/ feces. When you walk to the back there are dog crates stacked to the ceiling, several dogs in small cages and large puppies in super cramped cages. There are no pans and the puppies have to sleep on the grates and the pads of he larger puppies were getting stuck in them. The German shepherd puppies were too big to fully stand in the cages. I am still sick to my stomach about the conditions these poor babies were in. Not to mention they charged more than most breeders! $1000 for a "teddy bear" and over $900 for the German shepherds. read more

Not only was the customer service absolutely horrible; the puppies were treated terribly. Employees carelessly threw puppies in and out of cages. Also, if it looks like you don't have the money to purchase one of their puppies, they are extremely rude and often fail to acknowledge you. The only reason I would go back is to save those poor puppies. read more

Don't get a puppy from this place. I've had my puppy for 5 days and been to vet twice. Ear infection 2 days after I got her and Today she was totally lethargic and I thought she was going to die. Owner has solid contract in place so I'm out a lot of money. My pup is precious but buying from them only keeps them in business. read more
