My dog happens to be a rescue and we had tried the E collar with him, which did not work. I explained to my trainer ahead of time and kindly asked for them to use food since he had positive training with this method. She seemed to be on board with this method. It wasn't until the day before picking up my dog that she sent the E collar instructions over. I was livid. Some dogs do fine with being shocked, but my dog was traumatized. I was more frustrated with the fact that we had the conversation beforehand and she seemed to be on board. Had I known I would have completely avoided the E collar training with this company. They don't know how to train dogs without an E collar.

We told him our Silas (that's his name) is a lot stubborn. Bob told us his 20 years of working with dogs and he will be fine. Bob put the leash on Silas and he did not want to go out the front door. Bob literally dragged him out the door. Then Bob dragged him across the front lawn and before I had a chance to tell Bob to stop Silas was already in the camper Bob used for his service. Silas was in the mobile camper for about 90 minutes. Then on the front house camera I see Silas pulling Bob up the lawn so he can get away from this guy. Meet Bob at the front door and our Silas was bleeding on his left dew claw, Bob began to lie to us saying the dew claw was wrapped into his pad. This is not true because our neighbor cuts all our boy's nails. At this time my wife is crying her eyes out, she called our neighbor as he has always helped us in the past. Buy this time I'm ready to just grab Bob an toss him out. Silas was heavy panting and any dog owners would know he was under a great deal of stress. I gave Bob his $200.00 as this is what we agreed on and asked him nicely to just leave. My Silas has not been the same, this all happened on 5/15/2023. I just try and let Silas know this will never happen to him again. We have text Stephanie for our receipt as Bob never gave us one. She has not responded. Now today I noticed Silas left eye top area all blood shot. All this tells me is Bob doesn't know how to handle animals. Painting a picture for you all, Bob came not dressed for the job he wants, the white camper looked all beaten up on the outside with no advertising on the sides. I will say people do your homework when dealing with something like this. Rest assured I will be telling everyone who will listen about this horrible experience. I will be putting a complaint to the better business bureau and to see if he is licensed in the State of Delaware. I would not let this guy and his company clean a stuff animal. TL;DR: employees answering phones are giving out false/unverified prices, they didn't do the work…read morethey were asked to do, and they did work they weren't asked to do. I see a lot of positive reviews so I'm willing to accept we had a one-off experience, but we're done, and if you take your pet there you better make sure you get a price in writing. We were given a price on the phone but when my wife picked up our dog we were charged double the price we were told, and they didn't do the cut we asked for. They did a shave instead which I could have done myself for free. We took her to a groomer for a professional cut, not something anyone with a good electric shaver could do. They had 2 excuses for the increased price. The first was that they had to perform extra work which resulted in extra charges. That's a legitimate excuse if you call and ask if it's okay, but you didn't call and decided to do the work without our permission. When is the last time you were okay with a business deciding to do extra work on your dime without consulting you first? My guess is never. You never do extra work without asking the customer if they are willing to pay for the service. Second my wife was told the person that quoted her the price should have checked with the groomer. Okay, well that is your employee which makes it your responsibility. If your employees don't do their job correctly the responsibility for the error doesn't fall on your customers. If the person answering the phone needs to check with someone about the price then they need to do so. If they don't have the ability to do that then they need to say "I'm unable to provide you with a price at this time." It's also worth noting that this is the shortest time in between groomings she's ever had and they still took the same amount of time as her regular groomer, except in addition to not cutting her the way we asked they were also $40 more expensive than her next most expensive grooming.

Half the puppies were not chipped when I got them home. They rechipped for free, but a puppy buyer was with me and after she saw the chip just laying on the puppies coat she refused to try and get the puppy chipped a THIRD time.
