Melissa Windsor and Elisa LaFont are rescue partners of ACCT Philly and they pull many dogs through their rescue, Balanced Buddies. After researching various dog training philosophies, I felt that the Pressure and Release approach would work best for my fearful dogs. This method is basically leash training. They came to our house and we formed a group for lessons. Over 5 weeks in my backyard we saw an amazing transformation in my pack. They recognize and enjoy my leadership. They are mych more relaxed and trusting of my leadership. Basically, I learned to lead and communicate to my dogs what I expect of them. Elisa and Melissa are smart, funny and professional. With an easy to understand philisophy and lots of laughs, they did amazing things with my dogs:) dog training with the Unmistakeable Dog was one of the smartest decisions I ever made

Elisa also helped us discover that our picky eater (rejected all kibble) would devour "puploaf," which is easy and affordable to make. We have a whole new pup thanks to Elisa. Her attention to detail and responsivenesss were so appreciated. Strong recommendation!

Prior to working with Daniel, my dog, Eugene, would bark, spin, mouth, run, and turn into a high-energy dog whenever someone entered my space, then stay high-energy after they left. It made me nervous having guests over. I put off dog training because I thought I could Google and read my way to a solution, we had a decent foundation in obedience on our own, and, frankly, Eugene and I had been stuck in our ways for some five years together. I wasn't sold on dog training. How wrong I was! Daniel's expertise went above and beyond anything I could've figured out myself. He helped me apply the obedience work we'd already done to create stronger boundaries and a better relationship. He noticed a few quirks in Eugene that meant generic dog advice just wasn't enough. Because Daniel has read so extensively in addition to his real-life experience, he could call out advice I'd picked up that wasn't serving us or help put it in context. Daniel is also dedicated to making the training process efficient -- he's not trying to sell you sessions you don't need -- and he makes himself available between sessions, which was a godsend as we were working through new behaviors. The result is a dog (and an owner) who is more confident and less anxious. Eugene has become a pleasure to be around, and I am so grateful for this. Thanks, Daniel!

Daniel immediately stood out when we were looking for a trainer for his credentials and after a short phone call we already felt confident he was the correct choice. At the initial assessment he observed us and Asher before sitting down & creating a gameplan for training. His training proved priceless, after a week we began to notice a difference & now a month later it is like he is a new dog. An additional benefit is that Daniel made it clear that we could text him any time with questions. We can't thank Daniel enough for how he's helped us and can't recommend him enough to any other dog parents looking for assistance. Thank you Daniel!

When I reached out to Jack he suggested we meet up prior to my needing his services to meet my pup so they could get to know one another before the trip. When I left him with Jack during my vacation, I received a pic of my baby as well as daily updates on his well-being. He told me how he was eating, his many walks and his temperament while being in a different home that he was not used to. This was really a relief to me as I didn't have to worry that my pup was being taken care of in a knowledgeable, calm atmosphere. I will definitely use Jack again for any future pet sitting vacations that I will need. He is the best! G

In addition to his size and strength, Zippy is extremely reactive, thus very difficult to control, when he encounters other dogs during walks. I advertised for dog walkers on Nextdoor and received a few responses from kids and other dog lovers. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. Fortunately, I'm again able to walk Zippy, but I will certainly call Your Pet's Best Friend anytime our circumstances require support with Zippy. If you live in the Wilmington area, I highly recommend their services. Jack's number is (302) 379-5501.
