The family needed a convenient dinner before seeing a movie and Your Pie fit our needs perfectly. We ordered a 7" bbq chicken bacon ranch, a 10" lineage supreme, Greek salad and 10 piece kickin bbq peach wings. The food was fantastic and all 3 adults were absolutely stuffed. All of the staff members we interacted with were helpful, friendly and polite without any over the top fake enthusiasm. The atmosphere is very industrial in design, wooden booths, metal chairs, exposed pipes and fixtures. While I wouldn't pick this spot for a date night, we will definitely be back for the food. read more

If you enjoy Mod Pizza, you'll definitely enjoy Your Pie because it's better! Your Pie has the same customization options to build your own pizza, but I feel the ingredients such as their cheeses and sauce are way better and the taste after baking it in their brick oven just amplifies the overall flavor more than any pizzas I've had from places like Mod or Blaze where you make your own pie. I've gone here frequently since moving to Augusta and I always get their margarita and honey pepperoni pies. They do have an option for 8, 10, or 14 inch pies. For my orders I do take out the virgin olive oil from the margarita, but add a dash of hot pepper flakes and it's simply delicious; easily finish a whole pie by myself. Besides pizza they have a small section that offers home made gelato. To be honest, not a fan of it, especially their seasonal blueberry lemon gelato; the lemon was overwhelming. I just come here for the good pizzas. Service has always been great, place is clean, and fairly empty whenever I'm there. They do offer dine in options, but I've always done my orders to go. For military members, they do offer a small discount as well so be sure to take advantage of that. Overall, highly recommend this place. read more

A simple panini order was made complex because they were said the panini was a mix of two orders. Other Your Pie have allowed us to mix and match our order. I am giving a lower score based on their service. The cashier gave us our beers and after paying for lunch. The cashier hounded us for the beer bottles before we can sit down and eat. The cashier was very rude and rushed us to drink my beer. My friend wanted to drink the beer out of the bottle. Overall we were disappointed with their attitude on the ordering and the handling of our drinks. We probably we return because the cashier and manager were so loud and caused so everyone in the restaurant to look at us. read more

Walked in to get a Hot Honey Pepperoni. Lady at the counter pretty much served me a raw pizza with the cheese barely melted. When I brought it back they all just looked at me crazy. When they took the pizza back out of the oven, the same lady proceeds to drench the whole thing in hot honey again. 14'' pizza plus a drink definitely not worth the 30$ I spent. I ordered the 7 in great white and it was pretty good. I liked the wheat crust and will revisit to try again. The restaurant is clean (did not visit the restrooms) and has good seating options for groups and booths for smaller parties. The employees were polite and helpful! What happen to the pizza,my crust was paper thin.The person that assisted me was in a hurry no one in line,never asked if I wanted white or wheat crust.Again the crust dough is too thin to have a taste,it is just like chewing card board,no flavor.What a waste of my calories for that day.At the register he didn't forget to explain the tip.The place was clean,well organized, a it empty with customers. My brother and I went out for a nice lunch. The place was clean and not busy for a Tuesday during lunch time. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pizza was a perfect size and reasonable. We both got white crust for our build your own pizzas. I have been here one other time and tried the gluten free crust and I was not a fan. So glad I came back because this was a much better experience!! I will be back and the new Hot Honey pizza they recommend looks pretty good. I can't wait to try it! read more

Waited about an hour for my pizza, after they told me it took only 6 minutes to cook. Ordered it 25 minutes before my break, and waited my whole 30 minutes of my break. Ended up waiting for it and right as it was finally being taken out of the oven they tried tossing it onto the tray and it dropped... would not recommend this place. read more

I came here about 2 days prior and had an okay meal. I needed a receipt for business purposes and to track expenses and they told me there's no way to pull up any information on my order or anything. That if it was today yes but nothing over a day? How can an established business with over 3-4 locations not have a back end or any system to pull up customer receipts. What is there is a credit card fraud or some issue with a refund? The answer is simply no! That's no acceptable in this age of technology and establishment. Well I'm impressed with this restaurant in side and out meaning outside seating for those great spring and summer days. Inside is the standard Your Pie style. Upon walking inside their were employees and the manager greeting means giving me some of the swag items which included 2 free pizza coupons. I see the place being very busy during peak time because they are located right around the corner from the River watch cinema and near a soon to be Too Golf and a new Dave and Buster's coming soon also. The team here are friendly and will upgrade your order for $3.99 to get a drink,chip,salad or a dessert, your choice. There's a free standing drink station but no 100+coke station. Ordered from this spot when we were in town for the Master's. Pizza was good. Salads were delivered with no dressing. Not the end of the world but annoying. The issue is with how they handled a problem: They blamed the delivery service, but isn't it on them for not giving the delivery person the accurate order? We asked for a refund on salad but all they offered was the phone number of the "area manager" for us to call ourselves. So if you want good pizza without any issues, try somewhere else or pick it up - and check the order. read more

Employees made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Questioned why I wanted a water cup after ordering food. Didn't let us eat inside because one of our friends did not order any your pie, even though we had already ordered 4 pizzas and 2 cheese sticks. Rude comments from the staff the entire time about how not all of us were ordering food. Overall bad experience with the employees, might as well avoid the bad hospitality and get your pie in North Augusta or go across the street to I Heart Mac and Cheese.
