I get an automated call saying I need to pick up my prescription or they will cancel it. Immediately drive to this Walgreens to find a sign saying pharmacy is closed. No indication of when it will reopen, but says to visit a nearby Walgreens. Called phone number that called me initially and recording says no one can talk to me since they are on break. You can do better. read more

Call to get a prescription refill. Get put on hold with a message saying there's 3 callers ahead of you. Wait 10 minutes, now 2. 10 more minutes, now 1. 10 more minutes, and the message says "someone will be with your shortly". Wait another 10 minutes, and the system abruptly hangs up on you. Now repeat this process 2 more times and begin to seethe with indescribable rage. This is the experience you get at this location. (To be fair, everyone there does seem to be very friendly once you get ahold of someone. It's just getting to the point where you can speak to them in the first place that's the big problem) read more

There's a pharmacy on every corner in this town, find a different one to go to. Not only are the waits ridiculous, the staff is lazy and incompetent. I do not trust them and when it comes to your medication that is a REALLY big deal. I dropped off our script. They said it'd be in Friday. Didn't receive a call so I called them, they told me our prescription wasn't covered and to go back to our doctor. Called the insurance co. not only is it covered, but they never even checked on it. read more

I buy a couple diffetent prescriptions here and have several discount cards on file. I typically pay $45 for my monthly prescription, but they always try charging me more. Its not until I tell them to check which discount they used the month before that they get me the right price. Today I went to pickup a prescription that I don't get regularly. They said it was $106! I asked how much I payed previously and they said $12, but that discount card had expired. They couldn't even tell me which card that was. I took the prescription and looked on GoodRX when I got home. Walgreens was 4-10x as much as every other pharmacy in the area. I called to return it but was told I couldn't after it left the store. Went to get a flu shot at 4:40 PM on a Tuesday. No one was waiting as I was the only person in the area. Behind the counter were 4 people working including the pharmacist. There was one person outside at the drive through. Two people inside told me someone would be with me in a moment. I stood there waiting until 4:58 & walked out as no one had ever acknowledged me. read more

Every single time I have gone there, I spend about 20 minutes in The drive-through line. They greet me quite quickly (once I've waited between five and 10 minutes) but then it takes them 5 or 6 minutes to come over to me and then 10 or 15 minutes to process the order. The app is always down and I am now just run in and still have to wait because two people are helping one person all the time. read more

This place is home of the RUDEST employees. The amount of disrespect I received is astronomical. This place reeks of bad attitudes and pessimistic vibes. I will NOT be returning to this location. Going to this location really just ruined my day. Save yourself from the bad vibes and go anywhere else. If I could rate it lower I would. Bring a book with you to the pharmacy because you will have to wait for service for a unnecessary amount of time, every time. Going through the drive through? You will wait so long that you will think you have not been noticed. When you ring the bell to let them know that you are waiting, be prepared for a very rude response that you will need to wait. You will then watch others, who walk in, be served before you. This has happened to us more than twice. Going inside? Your presence will not be it acknowledged until they are ready to dignify your presence with a response. Then they will tell you to "on a sec". Not a welcome. Not a hello. "Hold on a sec" is what you get. Calling on the phone? Get ready to enjoy the hold music because you will hear it for awhile BEFORE your call is even answered. They really need to hire more people. read more

Robbie and Joanne both work in the pharmacy dept. they both are helpful and patient. Very good customer friendly place.

I'm not sure what takes so long or if they need more workers but plan on at least 30 minutes even if you're the only car in the drive-through pharmacy. Going inside doesn't make it go any faster either. read more

The location is the only convenient thing about this store. The store is not only understaffed but under stocked. I have left disappointed and in need of another store to fulfill my needs almost every time. The pharmacy just plain sucks. ALWAYS new people. They like to speak loudly about your meds with other customers there, so no privacy. Can't find your meds, can't communicate with doctor in timely fashion. It's really awful. read more

Well I'll just go right along with all the 1 star reviewers and say this location is ridiculous!! I won't be coming back here! Put in a photo order at 4pm, called at 4:15ish to make sure it was processing and whomever answered the phone said they got it and will get it started and it would be ready by or before the pickup time which was 6:53pm! So I get here at 7 and ask for my pictures only to find out they're not done nor have they even been started!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Here at sit at 7:25 and STILL not done!! Seriously ridiculous!! The Walgreens store and staff are acceptable. It's the pharmacy that is a problem. It's understaffed. I would say it is broken. There are consistently long wait times that are unacceptable. With so many choices in pharmacies, I am leaving this one and going to switch to CVS. This week again I experienced an excessive wait time. read more
