I will start by stating the obvious: buying a home is stressful. After over a month of trying to find "the one" at a time where inventory was not at its highest, my realtor recommended Your Time Home Inspections once we found the right fit and had our offer accepted. Upon us reaching out, they were available to complete the inspection at 9AM the next morning. Even when there was trouble with the online consent forms going through, their office staff was extremely helpful and communicative with us to get it resolved. We received the inspection report that very same day, and it was extremely thorough while still remaining easy to understand for a non-professional. This was a huge help for us in identifying a few things we did not even know about - a fire door that did not meet standards, incorrect fittings on the construction of a back deck, and a good chunk of other information in a super informative 50+ page report. I used "Your time Home Inspections" for a pre-drywall inspection of our home build. The company sent out two inspectors that were timely, very personable and professional. They had no issues allowing my wife and I to attend the inspection. Their expertise and license accreditations speak highly of their experience and high level of service. Im giving them two stars because their service is quick and thorough. But they lost 3 stars when they gave all of our info: phone, email, and new address, to their partners. They say it's part of the service agreement. It's one of those little things snuck in there that unless pointed out you miss. There was never any offer to opt out. They say they share the info with ADT and PORCH but don't sell it. But who is to stop ADT and PORCH from selling out info since we have no agreements with them? So much for getting a clean start on a new home. This behavior was a huge violation of our privacy. I am sickened by it to be honest. So if you don't mind having your private info sold then by all means they do a good inspection. read more

We had our new home inspected recently by Mark. This company was respectful of our time to schedule the inspection. We were able to meet with the inspector (Mark) he provided areas of issues. Once the inspection was completed a full report was uploaded and provided to view with pictures and videos if necessary. We also, requested a second review of the home. They did a good job with the inspection and report, easy to digest info on the issues of the home and a good detailed report. So why did I give them 3 stars? Because they shared my contact info (more than likely sold it) to 2 different companies trying to sell me their services. Both companies cold called me trying to sell me service. One was ADT but cant remember other one. Word of advice to Your Time Home Inspections, dont ruin your good reputation to make a few extra dollars off your customers. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Your Time. I am a first time home buyer and chose YT for the inspection based on the stellar reviews on Yelp. I was assigned Ryan as my inspector. We showed up at the end of the inspection and he was extremely patient explaining his findings and showing us somethings we'd missed when looking at the house initially. I can't say enough good about him. Now unfortunately our seller chose to refuse to make repairs based on the inspection and we pulled out of the deal, but I had such a great experience I will be scheduling another inspection for my next property for sure. I called for an inspection on a home that had just gone under contract. I called Thursday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday. The clients and I met the inspector and as my clients were from out of town, they wanted to explore the home as they had not seen it in person. The inspector was very gracious and told us to let him know if we had any questions. We toured the home then went to grab a bite while the inspection took place. We came back and the inspector gave a run down of the things he found along with photos on his phone. He answered all the questions the clients had that he was able to. They are incredibly helpful. They took their time to check everything out and they did check absolutely everything. They explained all of the issues they had seen as they went through the home. He was able to look for lead paint, which to my understanding not every inspector is able to do. The two of them also include so many perks, coupons and discounts that are all in a folder that they bring to you on the day of the inspection.
