We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. He also had a new kitchen window created from scratch to match the ones in the rest of the old house. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. When you think about how valuable your home is, why would you not hire the best in the business to fix whatever is wrong with it? The property will appreciate, and pay you back 10X over.

We were fortunate a few years ago to pick up a small cottage in Carmel. We realized in order to…read moremake this something that we could potentially retire to we would need to expand it a little and for that needed an architect or draftsman that could design something that was sympathetic to the existing structure, the cottage is pretty funky being built in the 30's and remodeled by no other than Hugh Comstock 10 years later so is bursting to charm and quirky. As part of the quirky the house was painted in what I can only describe as some excellent Camo colors. Fantastic if you want the house to disappear into the trees but certainly very limited curb appeal which was doing the cottage an injustice IMO. With the new part being fresh and to ensure the house parts bind, it's important to give it a new lick of paint in it's entirety. We had a few firms bid on painting the the inside of the new parts in keeping with the existing scheme and also the outside. TNT fell roughly in the middle of the pack but they gave us the sense they were more artists than commercial painters and for a property that we were trying hard to be sympathetic to the existing structure and to Carmel in general it felt very right. Well I think that worked in our favor as the crews were diligent, tidy. They bought their experience and suggestions to enrich the overall end result so I would heartily recommend them and would certainly use them again without question
