This lady was drying her clothes on the top dryer and wanted to add minutes to her cycle.. she didn't realized she inserted the quarters on the wrong side of the machine and paid for the bottom dryer. It is completely reasonable for a customer to request a correction, but this business made it clear they do not value or respect Black customers. The staff member running the location was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills.
