There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.

The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe.
