Immediately after I entered, I was greeted, and the gentleman took my name and number and told me to have a seat. I sat for nearly an hour as the employees danced around me to assist other customers. The person that checked me in even helped the person that entered after me (assuming they were friends or from the same country). -- I continued to sit patiently. Eventually, another employee asked if I had been helped. I made it very clear (in a raised tone) that I was in good spirits and wanted to be patient; however, I was about 10 minutes from leaving and switching to Verizon. The young lady helped me, and I proceeded with the upgrade. As for the location in general, I doubt I would return or recommend it.

I should have known something was wrong because another person was in the store complaining that their phone was also damaged after the repair. While replacing my phone screen, the technician damaged the sensors resulting in a blurred screen (see pic). FaceID is also broken. I brought this to the store manager's attention and he said he couldn't fix or replace my phone. Bad business. Pay the extra $40 and have the Apple store repair your device. They always stand behind their work, unlike CPR. I now have to buy a new phone all because of what was supposed to be a one hour repair. Good luck!

Also, the manager had real patience because I had questions, needed clarification, and definitely had a mini breakdown (don't judge me, lol). Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated because when I had issues with my apps after the upgrade, the manager stepped in and helped me get everything sorted out. THANK YOU! After a futile 45 minutes on the phone the person said I needed to go on the website and do something he could not explain clearly. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. After a few moments of switching noises from the phone, a voice said "Straight Talk, can I help you?" After learning that Straight Talk, is a different mobile service provider, I hung up. I have called two additional times to try and get this done and had the same frustrating result. I have complained to Montgomery County about this but have received no reply.
