I called one day about an issue I was having with my phone, and they said I could swing by whenever I had time. I didn't have time that exact day, but I swung by the following one and was taken care of as soon as the person in front of me was done. There are a few seats to wait, and I was really enjoying the lofi we were playing. Probably wasn't even intentional, but as a lofi lover, NICE TOUCH! When it was my turn, I mentioned what was happening with my phone, I showed it to the guy and he explained what they'd have to do. He was open and transparent about the minimum of what it would cost, and while I didn't end up going through with it, I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I wasn't able to get this fix done, but from the environment to the interactions, I think they're an awesome local option for tech fixes. After having a laptop in for repair for over a month, it was 'fixed' with a new battery. No, it was not fixed. It had the same problem described when I first left it off. The battery is not being recharged. The obvious, a problem with the charger port, was never checked. That should have been the first problem confirmed or eliminated. read more

I went in to get my phone fixed and they took it, brought it back, and told me that it was such a simple fix, that they didn't need to do anything to it and that I should just cancel my insurance claim and save some money. I set up an appointment and received a call ahead of time to talk through the issue so that both they and I would be prepared (have need information available) to make the appointment efficient. Very helpful. And then had a good experience at the store - the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and thorough. Provide me a variety of options. I appreciated the help. read more

Answering the call to repair my cracked screen, Ivan from this location arrived on time to my house, took my phone to his van for repair, and had it back like new within an hour. Great service and also made me feel like my insurance through Asurion is well spent money. read more

Great service was given when I needed my phone battery replaced. They ordered the battery and called me when I arrived. They took a couple hours to repair the phone and now I'm happy with a new battery. Highly recommend these guys! read more

I will never shop at this store again. The cellhelmet screen protector cracked within one month. Yes, it has a lifetime warranty, but the store insists that they will not replace it. I am paying $9.99 to cellhelmet for shipping and handling. Worse yet, the store manager says that once I receive the replacement, he will not install it without me paying again for him to do it. He then turned around and walked into the back of the store. How rude. How outrageous. I would give zero stars to this business if that was an option. Buyers beware. read more
