They had no interest in helping us. In fact when we bought a replacement tv one of their employees gave us total mis-info on what was need to install it . In addition, i stayed home all day for the install appointment only to be called by the owner to say we were not on the schedule . They are extremely unprofessional and do yourself a favor and avoid this company that could not care less about the customers. They love installs of new exp systems but dont ask them to follow up on issues later on. You will be frustrated !

I didn't understand why this required Westfair to bill me multiple hours and asked simply for a quote to just turn on the system for me and they said no. the old owner said Westfair had remote access to the system so they could have helped me more efficiently but they weren't willing to at all, they just wanted to send 2 guys to my house to bill me for 3-4 hours.
